Worst place ever. They tag your clothes ,like an animal, without asking the custumer and when it comes to asking them to take it off they damage your clothing. It's a shame they have to decide for the custumer to do stuff to the clothing that they give specially because its their policy to tag the clothing items. Don't come here if you want your dress shirts damaged.

This is my first time at this Location. upon arrival I asked if If there was a way I could pick it up by Saturday she said no I can have it to you by Monday, which was a week away from the time I walked in ..Today is that Monday And when I went in to pick up and she said that it’s not done and she still has more time since my ticket said 3 and I came in at 1…. I won’t be coming here again.

The worst customer service I have ever received… I called Thursday morning to see if I could bring my 4 items in for 1 hour service for Friday morning, needed it sort of quick due to a funeral out in Tennessee on Saturday. The woman over the phone said if I come early in the morning, I should be good & no problem. I come today, Friday morning with 4 things (a suit for the funeral, shirt, etc.) this worker in her 60’s, with blonde/gray hair pulled back in a pony tail, with skinny silver glasses on looks at me and asks me what I need. I told her the 1 hour service I called about yesterday. She asked who I talked to in an extremely rude tone, told me there’s no way she can get all of it done in one hour due to homecomings, etc, barely let me get a word in & proceeded to be rude and say it would be 3:00 at minimum. I told her it was for a funeral and we’re leaving for Tennessee today, she said again in a rude tone; “there’s no way we can do that. No hint of empathy. I ran out of there crying, already upset over the grief of a loved one lost. 😞 she could’ve explained it in a nicer manner. I will never return here ever again. I called martinizing in Trenton and they accommodated me just fine, and had loads of empathy when I explained to them the situation! 😊

Probably the worst customer service I have ever had .Its 8 50 am I drive by because I see the one hour service sign is on so I go in there and man was the manger extremely nasty about me getting one hour service. . I will never be back at this place again .

Brought clothes right after family funeral, Avery was very kind & helpful. He even looked through discounts so I could take advantage of a reduced price. Avery is a college student that understands the importance of customer service not something you find nowadays. When I picked up our garments I was most happy to speak directly to the owner, he also was just as nice and

Very good job. There is 1 lady however, I think she's been there quite some time, who was a bit brash with the trainee and bordered on rude when addressing me. Not the best customer service on her part. I've never experienced that at this location before so hopefully she was just having a bad day.

(Updated review). I returned a white shirt because I wasn’t satisfied with the quality of the cleaning around the collar area. My shirt was redone and I am very pleased with the result!

Only deserves 2 stars based on the lady working wasn't very friendly and they will not contact you if you forget to pick something up you dropped off.
