Great experience with purchasing from out of state. Mary did a great job. She was very responsive and answered all our questions, making the out of state purchase seemless. Mary listened to what we were looking for and helped us not only sell our home but find our forever. our experience was very pleasant. I refer Mary to everyone. She was very dedicated to us. I feel like we called her a thousand times and every time she she was just as pleasant and professional. During the Covid Pandemic which was challenging she managed to sell our house one day before people were allowed to start looking through the house. YES, she sold our house on a virtual tour!! We were so ecstatic. The knowledge and passion she has made our experience the absolute best. Mary is incredible!!

Mary went over and beyond her job as a realtor! We had some really unique, difficult hurdles to overcome with both the buying and selling aspects. She was persistent and on top of every crazy thing that had arisen. As of matter of fact, she talked both my husband and I off a cliff on more than one occasion. Just can’t say enough good things about her. I truly believe with any other realtor, my husband and I would have given up on the selling and buying of a house.
