Had my vehicle a year, it was always "Call back end of next week." Or "I can't get any workers." There are a few more. Long story short I got my car back untouched because he couldn't get the parts. Now my car doesn't run, needs new everything he took parts off of it.

This business is terrible. Their sign says “our business is a wreck” and that is so true. We should’ve read the sign before we went with them. They had my husbands car after taking it in for damage from a hailstorm. They had it for over 3 months. Kept saying “oh yeah call back Monday it’ll be done” we call back. “Oh call back mid-end next week we’ll have it done” we call again “oh call back Friday next week.” Long story short.. we got the car back and it still wasnt done..they never fixed the top of the car. They’re THE WORST. Go literally anywhere else.Service: Body & Trim

They fixed it once before when I was hit by a car. Now its in for a damage and scratches from a low concrete wall. was pouring rain and extra dark skies, that day. #Swear I didn't #see. It was a new doctor office appointment. Do wonderful work.

I stopped by Tom's Collision yesterday because the bumper apron on my 2016 Ford Fusion had caught on a parking block and pulled loose. I wanted to get an estimate but Ray came right out, got down on the ground to inspect it, took about 15 minutes to work with it and go back in to get the right tools and got it back on, good as new. Then he refused to let me pay him for his time - despite the fact that he was telling me how busy they are because they can't find enough help. Ray couldn't have been kinder. If I ever need collision repair of towing in the future, I'll always call Tom's Collision in Flat Rock.

So I put down NO SERVICE because that is exactly what we got!!!! NO SERVICE!!!! Absolute WORST business and people I have ever dealt with!! We were lied to on 3 different occasions, told that our car were be fixed in 5 days, parts ordered and OUR CAR WAS NEVER TOUCHED!!! The gentleman I dealt with swore at me in front of my son numerous times, and being that it was my son’s car, he was devastated. The gentleman said to the both of us that, “my son should just drive the car the way it is!!”. Absolutely unbelievable…I have NEVER in my life been treated so poorly, sworn at and disrespected like I was by this place. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!
