Extremely rude staff, biased and judgemental. Uncooperative and unhelpful with package delivery services. Thank God these federal positions are no longer for life, this place needs new employees.

lady wouldnt ship my package 10 mins before they closed becuse there wasnt enough tape on the box, and she wouldnt use her own tape even though she did for the lady infront of me

They don't answer their phone. They don't pick up outgoing mail and don't deliver mail on the daily. What's up with that ? Need to do better people.

I don’t go often, maybe 1-2 time a month. why are the ladies so rude all the time that work the front desk? They are never pleasant and seem like they hate their job.

Ordered a package from Minnesota an here it is 2 an a half weeks later an still no package. Horrible service, should of went through Amazon. Never again I tell ya.

The ladies that work the front of house have the WORST customer service. I had no idea that asking to borrow some tape was a huge deal and lead to being talked down to like a child. If you dislike interacting with the public that much, then a career change is in order.

TWICE now my packages have been left on the porch of the apartment building. Were anyone can grab them. Why wasn't it put in the big mail box connected to all the other mail boxes. That's what it is for. Now the gifts that I bought are gone and I have to get a refund or reorder and send it to a relatives address. Because it gets left for the public were I live!!!!!!!!
