Coming to my door and harassing me for $30 when my account is on scheduled auto pay and doesn’t show a past due amount is absolutely ridiculous. Leaving handwritten messages in my mailbox with nothing on them but the store phone number is creepy and completely unprofessional.

I just wish Aaron’s STOP ? coming to my house looking for someone who does not live at my address…nothing was delivered to my address for the person they are looking for…they said the person gave my address…well that could be true…but they don’t live there nor was anything delivered there for this person…I didn’t know you could give any address and then walk out with the product in hand!!! Seems like y’all would deliver the product to make sure they gave the correct address….the only thing being said is..”well that’s the address they gave us… maybe Aaron’s need to change that policy..deliver the product to the person at their residence and maybe you won’t have this issue..please stop annoying me and my family.. Thanks

My wife and I went to this store to get some stuff for our home, shortly after we realized the place was about to burn down, we moved in a panic, and told them the following day, they said that's fine we will pick it up August 17, we told them it should be picked up sooner because there is an emergency the House is about to burn down due to faulty wiring and we moved out of state. They called me today, August 29th telling me the stuff was all gone knowing we moved out of state and have no way to verify that is true. My wife let them know we will not be paying for that stuff we told them the next day they should have came to get it then. This place stole our stuff from the previous house we lived in and put it on us to pay the bill. Scamming people and using their misfortune to their advantage. Thank you Melanie for your very poor customer service.

Thank you Dawn and Team at the Flint Michigan Miller Road locationWrapping a Christmas gift was going above and beyond for us to make Christmas Awesome helping to keep the gift a surprise and in order to do so Dawn suggested she and Team could wrap the gift so upon pick up is was able to be seen and kept the surprise for Christmas DayThank You for your awesome help

Terrible store management that couldn’t keep order straight. I had to make two trips to actually make it work. And they have no leeway as my wife was ill and I accidentally missed a payment. Sent the truck to my house to pick up item with no warning.

I have been a customer since 9/2020.My bill is due on the 3rd of each month, since I'm disability and that's when I get my check. From the 28th to the 3rd I get numerous calls daily saying my bill is due, I reply yes on the 3rd.My bill is paid up until May 3rd ,woke up today and there is a 80.00 charge on my bank account from Aaron's!This now has set all my other bills in the negative.I called the store, Melanie refunded the charge but failed to tell me it could take 3 to 5 business days . When I called back and explain the situation regarding my bank she says when when you get your statement bring it into me and I can submit it into corporate and then I spoke and said well how long is that going to be another 3 to 5 days or 30 days!!Extremely displeased I called corporate and spoke with corporate waiting for their phone call to call me back I did not give them approval to take money out of my account terrible business practice just terrible!!

I was asking the guy about what it would take to get estimates he then placed me on hold until the phone ring again another guy answered to ask who I was holding for I said I didn't know he told me to hold. Then he placed me on hold and it rang again and it was about 10 minutes all together that I was on hold to get told that he would do a rough estimate and email it to me which never happened. Very disappointing
