My salesman was fantastic.
I paid for assembly and delivery.
Delivery team left a lot to be desired.
They poorly assembled my table and left an absolute mess in my dining room through my kitchen to my backdoor.
Rethink delivery.

Walked in a bunch of white sales men looked at me didn’t greet me never came to see if I needed help I stayed for 10 minutes…and walked out…I felt like they didn’t value blk customers..I won’t be back

We had a new washer delivered today. The driver started calling my phone at 6:30am. I was shocked and assumed it was a telemarketer until he called 5x and finally left a message. No caller id or anything. They then entered our home without saying hello or any pleasantries and said “where’s it going?” They then insisted they were not supposed to install it even though we paid an install fee ahead of time…
An hour later Dr I went outside to see they also left the packaging in our driveway. They took it out of the packaging and left the trash in our driveway. What kind of customer service is this…..
Really unfortunate. I wouldn’t order from them again.

Friendly sales people and decent products but delivery times and product availability was inconsistent. Once I received everything I have no complaints with the products.

Gretchen & Mike at the Flint, MI location on Miller Rd have very poor customer service skills. No purchase was made today after Mike was rude with no regard for the customer. Both displayed racial bias.

We had a very pleasant experience in the store over the weekend, purchasing our fridge. Gretchen was very helpful and attentive. Delivery would be Tuesday, which wasn’t ideal but c’est la vie. I made plans for a friend to take my twins to preschool so I could be home for delivery. I got a call at 6:33am saying they would arrive in 40-60 minutes. I got up with my baby, and got my 3yos dressed to go downstairs - I even had them looking out the window as early as 7am. We were all downstairs by 7:05, ready for the delivery which I expected around 7:15-7:30am. I waited for 50 minutes, expecting them to come install our new fridge, until I finally realized there was an invoice on my front door - we had missed them?! Which means they must have arrived between 6:55am when my husband left for work, and 7:05 when I came downstairs. I had no missed call. I didn’t even hear a knock at the front door (and I have a dog who would have alerted me!). I am beyond pissed. Of course the store wasn’t open for hours, and it took over an hour to reach Gretchen to ask to cancel the order - this is unacceptable and we will not be going back.

Omar was our sales associate. He was very helpful and patient while we shopped for several items. We will definitely come back for any additional appliances that we may need. Wonderful service!

ANYONE WITH ANXIETY ASK FOR DANNY!!!!!
I want to start by saying shopping for certain stuff give me BAD anxiety... Danny was there when I walked in. He greeted me with a smile made a joke and asked about my day. Then because I told him shopping alone gives me bad anxiety (it was 6:15pm they close at 7pm) even at the end of his day when he's tired and ready to go he walked thru the whole store with me and answered all my questions... Anyone with anxiety knows your brain is on 10 and you're trying to calm down and it only gets worse! He went to the refrigerators with me 5 times to the washers with me 3 times and walked the whole store with me after that. I desperately needed an ac unit he went out of his way to find something for me in my price range and what I wanted. I ended up walking out getting a washer a fridge and an ac for $2050!!!!! SERIOUSLY THO!!!! ASK FOR DANNY!!!!!!

Had the best experience! Our salesman nicknamed Jaws at ABC warehouse on Miller rd, Flint was real helpful! Answered all my questions and was very friendly.Ended up buying a stove and six dining room chairs. I would highly recommend him for future purchases! By the way, loved the new store! Couldn’t believe the size of it. Beautiful!
