Units are in good shape. Manager seems to be taking care of issues quickly. Access is good. Wish the access parking lot was in better shape but I don't think it belongs to Storage Sense. Phone support is good..

5 Stars – Great Experience with StoreSense!
After a bit of trouble locating the facility at first, I contacted the office and spoke with a staff member (wish I remembered his name!) who handled everything very professionally. He clearly explained the pricing, walked me through the available specials and promotions, and made the entire sign-up process smooth and thorough.
Shortly after payment, I received an email with my unit number and gate code—very efficient. Once I arrived on-site, Austin was there to greet us and took the time to explain how to use the locks and shared some helpful tips for using the facility. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, which really made a difference.
All in all, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend StorageSense for their professionalism, helpful staff, and easy setup process!

The only difficulty I've had was due to the fast traffic from the parts store (same lot) while I've been navigating my rv into my spot...lot 46, I think.
