Very easy to get started, did it all at home on the computer. Great person on the phone, sorry, I forgot her name! I did have to sweep out the container but I'm kind of fussy!! Price was excellent!

We needed a storage unit on rather short notice. We called them and they had an opening and we were able to move in right away. The unit was clean and spacious for its size. Billing monthly was smoothness, and I always received prompt help when needed.

I give a 5 to the local office staff in Holly Michigan but a 3 to new company that bought it. I loved getting the little extra off for being a veteran. Now that was deleted. The main office out of state when accepting calls doesn't even show me in their system even though i have had this unit since February 2020.

I am very impressed with this business.The owner and management are very responsive. They go above and beyond for their clients. The storage area is gated and that is great. The owner did what he could to get a spot that was easy to back my Rv into. I'm not sure if he's always able to do that of course. He clearly does what he can for people though.
