Horrible location. I booked a premium pickup but upon arrival I was told they only had a single midsize SUV, no other options. The desk lady also swiped my card and said the rate was $100 higher than my original booked price. Luckily I caught that and at least was able to keep my originally booked price.Beware and book elsewhere. I also have executive elite with their sister company but will no longer be using them either. Stay away.

Ashley and her team have great customer service. I had issues with the Sarasota Florida location and when I dropped my rental off in Flint Ashley fixed everything. I went from a never again will I use them to a return customer for my next vacation. Thank you Ashley?

A rental was reserved to complete the trip to my destination. There was severe weather during the flight which necessitated a lengthy delay, so the arrival time was moved back from afternoon to 10:15pm. I arrived exhausted and wet as it was raining. I had called ahead to make sure the rental counter would be open and could honor my reservation. This was arranged by three of the rental companies alternating so there is always someone on duty.Due to the cost and availability of rental cars, I reserved a very small one to make the rental affordable. When I arrived at the counter it was 10:45pm and they close at 11. There were three cars and a pickup left. I was able to chose a large SVU, which ended up being much safer than the economy car I'd reserved, and at no extra charge. The attendant was very understanding and quite helpful. I'm actually grateful for his expertise, because I still had some driving to do.There were two things. He was alone and much busy too busy to bring the car around, even in the rain, and there was no one to help me learn the controls. I learned this while driving the Interstate, which was not the safest way to do this. The other thing is that a navigator system would have been very helpful in the dark, in a strange city, and in the rain. Overall, I was pleased with Alamo, and I would rent from them again.

Had reservation at Bishop Airport in Flint. Arrived to find the line at Alamo/National 30 minutes wait. Then was told they were short staffed and my rental would be available in another 45 minutes. They're giving me a free tank if gas, but this is a HUGE inconvenience. Won't use them next time.

I had an early flight leaving from Detroit to NC. I Dropped my rental off at the ALAMO rental and proceeded to the shuttle. Ms Stella greeted me with such a warm greeting and when I tell you her customer service is second to none, I mean that sincerely. Her positive and kind words warmed all of our hearts. You know without fail or hesitation that she loves her job. Thank you Ms Stella for making our day brighter! You are a example of what customer service should look like. Thanks again and I will keep the peace!

Do not trust this location. They lie!I Rented a car with them through Costco and confirmed twice (once months before our trip and the other during the evening of our flight delay) with the local staff to confirm that they would stay open the 2 hours after normal closing, which is their company policy (if we provided flight info in our reservation). We did include flight info, our flight was significantly delayed and the person that said that she would be there until 1:00 a.m., closed the counter at 12:30 a.m.!!!!!!I ran through the terminal and arrived at 12:48 a.m. to a dark desk! Avis/Budget on the other hand had someone at their counter for the passengers on my flight. I was luckily able to rent the last Budget vehicle available for the 4th of July week, but for $491.01 more.Almost worse than the experience above, is that I've filed two separate complaints with Alamo customer service and after two weeks from my first complain, the local management has yet to contact me to explain or apologize.I repeat, unless you want to risk being stranded without a vehicle, do not rent from Alamo / National in Flint Michigan.I would give them a zero star rating, but one star is the worst you can do.

Our rental car broke down on day four of an eleven day rental agreement with Alamo. The entire experience has been disappointing. It took two days to get this sorted out. From the roadside assistance not communicating to ensure we had a reservation to pick up another car, to customer service at Flint Bishop Airport interrogating us during the entire process. We now have an exceptionally soiled interior replacement, which we've been offered to take another half of day away from our 90 yo parents to exchange. Good job Alamo! ??

Ive tried numerous times to get a hold of someone at this location and no one answered. I left voice mails and never got a response or a call back. Only shows I can't rely on this location for anything. Very disappointing. Now I have to drive all the way to the Detroit location. SMH

Although they had lot of choices for the same prices. And the service was fast and the people are rude and ignorant to the English language. The mini van we rented was horrible. The transmission was very discouraging at times. The car was not cleaned. Not even vacuumed. Gross. No washer fluid. No gps on the touch screen.

DO NOT RENT FROM ALAMO FLINT BISHOP! My husband and I have never experienced the kind of rude, condescending and arrogant attitudes from anyone at all. Why anyone would want to work for any type of public service company and treat the public like Ty did is far beyond comprehension. Our reservation (placed a week in advance so that we could attend my father's funeral) was cancelled... unheard of, except for this particular location. They were paid in full, but did not provide a refund! Another rental agent overheard the problems we had and came to us offering a rental to us. RENT FROM AVIS FLINT BISHOP!

Drove an hour to pick up my rental only to get there and they have nothing available despite making a reservation. Awful business. I'm SO SURE they'll reimburse me for my problems. Yeah right. LOSERS.

Dropped car off early was not given a confirmation of return said we would get an email in a few minutes it's been over an hour still no confirmation. I called Alamo & was told they would notify a manager. A little concerned how their process works.
