My 2020 Terrain was hit by tree branches during a storm in March and did some dents and dings. Had it repaired at America Automobile Collision and it looks perfect. Only took a few days. The process was easy. Car was immaculate when I picked it up. Everyone was great to deal with. I hope I never have to have a vehicle repaired again, but if I do I'll bring it here. We had a bad storm and a tree branch fell on my truck. The passenger door and mirror were destroyed. My husband and I called American Automobile Collision and spoke with Courtney on the phone and she got right to work with the insurance company and immediately following the insurance company's inspection had my truck in the shop working on it.
Dropped it off on a Monday and had it back that Friday.
Can I just say WOW! They did such an amazing job. Between the customer service of the employees and the quality/speed of the work done, I highly recommend using this company for your automotive needs. We are forever customers now.

I had to have my rear bumper replaced on my new 2021 Ram 3500 I didn’t want to use my insurance and they were very fair in the price for me. They had to order the bumper and then paint it. Staff was friendly but they padded the bill to get maximum insurance claim ... I didn't let them work on my vehicle ... I went to McFall's the estimate was almost half of the price ... they may do good work I don't know ... I couldn't in good conscious go through them ...

I have had an alignment and my brakes done at their tire service store a block down the road. I am very satisfied with the work completed and pricing. They picked my car up at work, which was a big help.
