Excellent service. We came to look at the slabs they had at the behest of our designer and not only was their warehouse clean, but the staff was super helpful and kind. Unfortunately, we ended up switching companies we'll be doing the remodel work with and I don't think we'll be able to come to this company for their slabs, but I highly recommend them based off the initial service we received.

I highly recommend ANA granite!!!! They installed quartz countertops for my kitchen, and it look better than I ever could have imagined. My counters are BEAUTIFUL!! They had so many great options to choose from, and the staff were extremely informative and accommodating. I could not recommend this place enough!

Purchased granite countertops for our recent kitchen remodel. Showroom was large and we were able to see the entire slab of each style. Samples were available to take home to match with other elements of the remodel. Due to the size/shape of the countertop, a seam was required at the sink. The Installers did an excellent job and the seam is nearly invisible. Someone who didn't know it was there would not see it. Would highly recommend.

In process of getting granite countertops. Asked 2 to 3 times about picking out our slabs. Was told it was no problem in store and at measuring. Called to arrange it and was told they picked it out and cut it already. Not sure why I was not extended the courtesy of picking out my stone but they don't seem to care.

Went to ANA Granite on June 20th. Waited on by Arica who explained two weeks to get measured and two weeks after that for install which would put us around end ofJuly. Still have not had an employee come to measure up my kitchen countertops. It is September 5th. Made calls in July to get a quote which I did receive. Then made two more calls to see when the employee, Josh I think, would be out to measure. Have not heard from them since. Such poor customer service. Think twice about doing business with them.

We had such a great experience with ANA granite. Everyone we dealt with was top notch. Josh did both our template and install and we could not have asked for better service or a more beautiful job. This is an excellent business.

This is my go-to business for granite countertops. I used Blasius for many years, great business but they stopped doing granite. ANA warehouse is well stocked, staff is extremely helpful, experienced and pleasant. Just did layouts for a kitchen and two bathrooms. Their installations are the best I've ever seen. Since their templating is so accurate, the tops fit perfectly. There are very few seams, but they are virtually invisible, surgically perfect. Highly recommended!

Our experience with ANA Granite has been horrible. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE is AWFUL and they will NOT return your call so be ready to constantly be on the phone trying to contact them. They installed our countertops in our new home which the island piece had an imperfection. Took months but they finally brought a new piece just to have that one have an imperfection. They attempted to fix it the same day as it was installed but it only made it worse. ERIKA who I had spoke with multiple times always fails to return my phone calls and every time that I call "the manager is in a meeting or out of the office" and never returns calls. The last time I spoke with Erika she basically said since my island counter top is "functional" that I need to deal with the imperfection and they will not be fixing it. For the amount of money we spent on quartz there shouldn't be an imperfection that I need to just deal with. If you're looking for countertops I would suggest looking else where because if you have an issue you will be ignored!

Customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced at a store that sells such expensive items. Picked out a stone online with my cabinet company--Greenville Cabinet Dist. and arranged for an appointment. Drove 4 hours round trip to be told "it was not Ana's process" to actually show me the stone choices available until I paid $4,000.00. So I paid the money and drove back the next week (4 hours round trip) to be told that I still couldn't actually see the stone choices until they came out to measure. Called six times to try and find out what the sink sizes were (that ANA offers) and was CHASTIZED by Erica the admin because THEY ARE VERY BUSY AND THEY WILL TELL ME ABOUT THE SINKS WHEN THEY COME OUT TO MEASURE. whoa...I am told that these folks have grown very quickly during Covid which would explain why the salespeople know absolutely nothing about the products that they are selling....but not actually "showing" to their customers. Don't know about their fabrication but if it's anything like the customer service--BUYER BEWARE!
