I waited a very long time in the drive thru for one sandwich. Granted, they may have been busy inside, but nothing was said to me about the wait even when I finally did get my food. The employee in the drive thru was not friendly at all. The kicker, though, was that the lettuce on my sandwich was bad. I didn’t realize this until I had already eaten some of it. Now I’m paying for it. ?

Sandwiches were cold when we got home, which is a 3 minute drive. Called up to the restaurant and she said well everything is reading at correct temp. If I wanted them replaced I'd have to drive back. Didnt offer anything else just that. I asked if the worker bagged our sandwiches and fries while waiting for my sons nuggets and they got colded? She said I dont think so, instead of asking him. Dont recommend. Plus when the worker came and gave me our bags he shoved all 3 bags at me and walked away, kids meal fries were upside down!

Went here for lunch, got back to work and there was hair in my honey Buffalo wings?. Especially when you have a taste for them!!! I did call Mgr of store, explained my problem, she asked what color of the hair was it( at this point it doesn't matter what color it is, me telling the color of hair doesn't justify it being in my food) I can say she was apologetic over the phone. Once i made it back to Arby's for my refund, i asked if all the employees were to wear hair nets, she said no if your not in the back handing food. Well dont the drive through window handles food ?and the front counter person gives customers their food on a tray?. Not to mention it smelled like chattering when i walked in. Mgr was apologetic and refunded my money. Would not recommend

Today is the second time I’ve come to this location and asked for extra sauce. The woman on the speaker repeats my order back to me, including sauce, and AGAIN I open the bag to plain beef and bread with absolutely no sauce. The employees clearly were in a rush to go out on a smoke break because before I could even come around to ask them again for sauce they were ALL outside hanging around. Terrible service at this location.

Waygu burger absolutely disgusting. The curly fries are always cold and soggy like they been sitting for hours. The employees are ignorant more worried about Facebook than they are helping the customers.
