a total scam, do not waste your time. they demanded i buy a $135 electric tooth brush i don't want, and claimed i needed a $250 treatment for "periodontal disease" when i have no symptoms of PD nor even gingivitis. front desk staff have an attitude and take 2 weeks to perform a basic task such as sending an email.

Poor service, I was trying to use a coupon worth twenty five percent off Ryan the office manager would not honor. I felt he was bias on that and probably would have given it to a white person. I was told I had to pay over a 1000 dollars for a service that I had no contract foor, but only discussed on my first visit...Something is wrong with this place and I will never go back there because I don't want to encounter Ryan ever again....

If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment for my daughter to have a root canal. I drive 3 hours just for them to tell me they can't see her because she is not a regular patient. Probably should have mentioned that when I made the appointment. Missed a day of work for nothing and my daughter is still in pain

I have been receiving dental care at this office since 2021. Over the course of the past several years, between personal and insurance payments (approximately half and half), I’ve spent a total of $18,000.Unfortunately, while I had received excellent dental care for the first few years as a patient, over the past two years, since the doctor who worked on my teeth in 2021 and 2022 left the office, I have had an experience likened to that of a nightmare. Repeatedly, the crowns completed by the current dental team have fallen out, once cracking and crumbling, and required follow up visits for repair. In addition, one of the teeth “repaired” by the dental team with a crown later cracked off completely at the base, simply leaving a missing tooth gap, which Aspen has currently refused to remedy; this tooth was not a crack from a hard bite or impact experience, it was simply in my mouth as I awoke from sleep.Upon the fifth crown detachment, just recently, I began working with the Aspen Dental office and regional managers to resolve the current dental dilemma (missing crown and missing tooth). After several conversations seeking repair, Aspen has terminated my patient status. Currently, I’m near the end of an Invisalign program, but still have one tray left, my final retainer (which has not yet been produced (scanned or created-as I haven’t yet completed the program), and the tray braces still on my teeth…. Yet, again, Aspen has explained that I am no longer welcome at the office. As one would assume, as the Invisalign treatment purchased has been discontinued before completion (by Aspen’s office and regional managers), I am seeking a refund. I will be sure to update this review once this absurd path of failure with Aspen Dental concludes; I look forward to being able to report a refund was issued (although, needless to say, my confidence in the ethics of this dental team are far below that which one would hope….).2 weeks agoI am very sorry to hear this, Cody. I wanted to let you know that I did pass your feedback along to our Customer Service team so that they could address concerns with the team in Flint. If you would like to speak with them in the future, please let us know. - GarlenGarlen,Unfortunately, I've spoken with multiple representatives and, as Jeremy LaForest, the regional manager for central Michigan, identified as the "very top of the administrative hierarchy within the Aspen Dental company," has decided to unethically keep the money I paid for the Invisaline retainers while not honoring the contract/delivering the final product (that which was paid for...), I have been left with the burden of continuing to seek the return of my payment through responsive legal actions.Future interested patients, I highly recommend you seek dental care elsewhere.
