I called to find an item for my truck. The person on the phone said he would go look. I heard him talking to a co-worker for 5 minutes before he came back on the phone and said they didn't have it. I happened to be driving and went inside because the website said they had a bunch in stock and found it within two minutes.

Tried to order a simple brake part incompetent employee behind the counter said it’d be there the next day, go to find he never did anything and I drive all around flint for a part thats not there and has to be ordered

When I parked my car, I noticed some liquid dripping on the ground! I opened the hood and found that it was coming from the radiator cap! Looked on the autozone app for the replacement cap. Found it, drove to autozone to pick it up. I installed it when the antifreeze cooled off. The cap worked!
I recall in the past when the car wouldn't start, dead battery! I was happy to see on the AutoZone app that they deliver the parts. I found the battery and paid for it online. Within hours, I had the battery dropped off by the friendly driver.

I ordered some items, said my items were ready for pickup, got there to pickup my items, MY items were not in the store or in stock. Bummer. This is why I don't go here usually.

The worst AutoZone I have ever been too. Very rude staff. Usually helpful and friendly not no more acted like I was a bother to be there. 1/11/2024 @ 12:00 pm visited store. Went to advance across the street they was helpful and glad to take my money.
