Honestly, it seemed like the staff didn't have any energy. They didn't seem to want to help in any form, and gave really half assed replies when asked questions.
They gave me prices for parts, but that's about it. It felt like I had to walk them through everything rather them offer any type of assistance.

They wouldn't take back my core and rental tool because I rented it from the north Dort location. "You probably should take it to the other store" is all she kept saying. She also said "I don't have the cash here to do a refund like that here". I asked if she could refund it to my card. "You probably should take it to the other store"

This is the Best Auto Zone Ever---Thank God for manager Precious!She is so Awesome, patient & kind. She took care of my elderly mom, as if she was her own.
