The book selection here is vast. I had to request help finding what I was looking for. Some of the staff were "somewhat" helpful, other staff, not so much. I did find what I was looking for.

I want to keep books alive and stores open, but get someone who answers phones to be on point. I called twice. Got hung up on first time after being on hold three min. Called back and girl laughed, knew which book I was looking for and put me on hold again. I will not call back. I will not patron your store if that's your customer care. 3-2-25 @ 215pm

Only leaving a one star because of how absolutely rude their Starbucks workers are. They make it very clear they are not "actually Starbucks" but are "Barnes and nobles employees" so Barnes and nobles earned the one star review! Hire kinder people because the ones you have currently ruin the entire bookstore experience. I'll just get my books Amazon, cheaper anyway.
