Dirty😳, staff lies, conveniently withheld my meds. Hours not efficient. FDA approves anyone to oversee medications😡. No wonder the name has changed many times due to poor management and oversight 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

They changed my insurance around without asking me, then said they didn’t take my insurance. My insurance was fine from the beginning until they switched me (without asking me) to something else. Maybe if you left my insurance the way it was, it wouldn’t be a problem. They lied and said they were working on the mishap they did, then said they don’t take my insurance but everyone else do. I found they switched my insurance without telling me. This pharmacy costed me many headaches, stress. Instead of admitting they’re wrong, they tried to fault me and lie to my doctor. This pharmacy is crooked, unprofessional, don’t know nothing but yet change your insurance and when things go wrong because of their actions, they blame you, say they don’t take your insurance and will avoid your questions and discontinue service. Avoid this pharmacy. I found a better pharmacy.

I can count on uptown to have my prescription ready in a timely fashion unlike Walmart, or rite-aide. I always go to uptown for my prescriptions

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Staff is cheeky and unprofessional, all while making sure to be condescending during their price-gouging. Bad area, small parking lot, and will not fill the correct amount of medicine prescribed by the doctor. Never returning.

This is by far the best and MOST CARING pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I live in Lansing and was directed to UPTOWN as my regular (K) pharmacy didn't support this special program.My Rx business 100's/month is normally taken for granted and I've often felt like my regular place is so busy they would be glad if I switched to another.. so I wasn't prepared for the fine treatment I would receive ahead.Uptown pharmacy is able to supply a medication for my depression that has ended up to be lifesaving and they ship it which saves me a trip to pick it up. They even called me to make sure I wanted the refill a few days ago so I wouldn't run out as I had forgotten to call them. That's UNHEARD OF customer service in this day! It's not a surprise tho as the owner Patrick is top notch! Thank you Uptown for everything you do!Public thanks to AXSOME THERAPEUTICS for creating this program which for me is lifesaving and giving small business owners like Patrick the ability to help people so much!

I had been waiting for a prescription to be filled by a large pharmacy due to the medication being very expensive, and the pharmacy was out of state. After three weeks, my doctor sent the prescription to Uptown Pharmacy….this place is unbelievable. A gentleman named Patrick called me, explained what was going on, explained the price of the medication, and explained that if my medical insurance didn’t cover it (2,300 dollars for a two week treatment)- they would look for programs to help cover it. Luckily my insurance covered it, but as promised, Patrick would call me every couple days to let me know what the status was with the insurance claim. Once it was approved, filled and completed, he called to let me know it was on the way, and was here two days later, again as promised.If you are looking for a quality pharmacy that practices old-fashioned customer service, look no further than Uptown Pharmacy. They are the best and Patrick is wonderful to work with.

Excellent pharmacy.The manager “Patrick” was extremely helpful and very nice.Made sure my medication was filled very quickly and that my insurance fully covered the prescription. I definitely recommend going there to get personalized attention!!!
