Christmas time went to Center Rd.Boost Store in Flint/ Burton MI.Great Customer Service ,the ladiesIn- store answered all my questionsShe let me know the best way I could help my family member,get a new phone,keep her number.I would return to this location.Of course any phone must be compatible with Boost.

I have been coming to this store for years, and have been ripped off in the past at this location with the workers not applying my money to my account when I have paid ahead. Recently (Saturday) I purchased a phone after receiving the notices that my phone will shut down when the 3G network shuts down. After the phone dropped a call 5 times the same day I attempted to call the store around 6pm to no avail, assuming they were busy I drove there to find them closed before their stated closing time of 7pm. Showed up the next day and told to return on Tuesday when the manager is there because apparently the person working didn't have the authority to change anything. Came today (Wednesday), waited patiently to speak to the manager (about 30 mins later), manager attempts to upsell me a phone for more that it cost. The worker who sold me the phones told me the price differences for the 3 phones I looked at were between 10-15 dollars, he attempted to sell me one of the same phones for $150 more than I was quoted, and stated that the previous worker misquoted. When I told him I thought he was being dishonest with me, the other worker (who looked to be his younger brother) chimed in, and I asked him to let me speak to the person I was working with (the manager) and not be double teamed by him. He got huffy and puffy telling me not to come in their store to have a problem, and trying to get me to leave. The younger one finally walked to another room slamming the door behind him, but the manager did nothing but basically asked me to leave if I wasn't happy. When I told him that I was going to report him to Boost, his response was, we don't work for boost. Very unprofessional. No customer service. I will take my business elsewhere.

I've been with Boost for a long time & I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Just received my free tablet & I'm loving it. Thanks Boost.

Only giving them 5 stars because i felt bad that they had to deal with a lady and her child in there who were screaming over a phone they could not afford. The guys were very cool about it . helped me quickly.

Brent and Cody were helpful and saved me a bunch of money! Felt bad for the guys because they were dealing with a lady who was trying to scam them. They were calm and collected.

Store hours need to be updated. Drove 25 minutes out of my way to this location because maps stated business is open till 8:00 pm
