The swamp creature, please don't imagine Shrek. He is far more pleasant. She isn't there to help anyone. The only reason I didn't say anything to her is because I realize she is at a point in her life where she is 50+? Working at boost mobile. Her life is her own hellish prison of her own design. She doesn't deserve any ill that isn't deserving of such a rude creature. I honestly believe she is an egregore, a physical manifestation created by the world through collective thoughts, emotions, and intentions. This entity can only have a physical form in the world due to our current circumstances. This probably doesn't make sense, but go there and prove me wrong that she isn't a lower level demon here to cause nothing but trouble and headaches. I wish her well

This location doesn't deserve any stars at all. They need to hire someone else or close the location. The lady that works in there doesn't care to be bothered. She would rather just sit in her chair and smoke cigarettes in there all day stanking the place up. That little candle you keep on the desk isn't helping at all. She is rude, lazy, and not helpful at all. I wanted to upgrade my phone and when I asked about help with that she was rude and when I asked about switching everything on my old phone to my new phone she said they don't do that and I would have to figure it out. Boost almost lost a customer of 10yrs plus because of her ignorance. If you want good customer care go to the Lapeer road location. Shareef works in there and is the best! Don't even bother wasting your time in this dirty, stanking location.

Not a lot of options of phones in the store, no cases or screen protectors available for any phone option we were interested in.There is 1 chair to sit in while you wait & I believe they had been smoking in the store. I could only smell it, I didn't see anything. 1 employee that seemed nice enough but not overly helpful.Boost needs to step up their in store customer service!

Bought a phone there for my dad and have been having problems with it since day 1 and after legit 3 hours of dealing with people on the phone I went there where we had bought it and the lady was zero help she kept saying I just don't even understand there is nothing wrong as I am legit showing her and she then said well there is nothing I can do, didn't try anything at all with the phone it seemed mostly like she wasn't experienced in helping with phones?? Which I feel if your working at a phone store you should atleast know a little about phones but then she couldn't even give me the number to the phone warranty even though they sell the phone in store? Just no help please choose a different store!!! Davison might be a farther drive but atleast most of them have experience with fixing phones not just selling them!

Amazing service. The ladies that work there are great and knowledgeable. Straight forward but get it done. I have seen what they deal with so I understand why they're stern with customers. Not rude by any means. You will get what you went in there to get. I would recommend this place.

I went there yesterday to get a new phone. While I was there the lady was rude to me and my family. The store was dirty like it hasn't been cleaned in months. I will never go back to this store again.
