Love working with Kayla. She’s always a tremendous help with anything that I need. When the new temperature controlled units were being constructed, Kayla constantly kept me updated on progress as well as the expected pricing. Extremely helpful with Uhauls as well. Very knowledgeable on the rentals, pricing, and how to navigate the Uhaul system.

Let me start by saying that I love the staff at this storages and I am very comfortable with all of my things there I’m building a home and I may need be there for some months but I love this place and I hope people come here so please tell a friend and tell them to tell they friends to bring there things here you will have the best customer service experience you ever had so go there and get a storage and rent your truck there you don’t need to go anywhere else everything you need to move in is there the Manager is the best I love to go there and we just talk she is like family

Kayla is great, I moved out of my storage unit as I did not need it anymore, she helped me tremendously by explaining the whole move out process and when to turn the key in so I would not get charged for another month. I'm sure she will also be a great help for anyone interested in renting! They also now offer Uhaul services which is very convenient since its right around the corner from me if i need to rent one!

I spoke with Kayla this afternoon about my U-Haul rental. I had planned on returning it to Bullock’s Storage, but they will be closing early for Thanksgiving. Kayla called me pro-actively and worked with U-Hail to find a drop off location that would still be open later on Wednesday, so I wouldn’t be charged for three extra days. If I need U-Haul or storage services in the future, I will call Bullick’s Storage!

They emailed me and asked me to give them a review, so here goes. Since they sold out to Uhaul (or whoever owns them now) they have raised the price on me like 5 times. When we first started renting this shed a couple years ago, it was $60/month, and now it is $100/month, for a 10x10. I've looked around and you can get better deals elsewhere, which is where I'll be going sometime soon.

Been a customer for years...although I miss the old gun shop, the transition to the new owners/staff of the storage business was seamless, and they give great service as well!

Good luck getting in after hours. We are paid up and gate key just beeps and won't open.They have no one available after hours. They just want your money. Go elsewhere for storage.
