This is about chase in general. They keep taking days to process my paychecks. Has happened over a dozen times. I am done with this bank. We give them our money which they make tons of money on. Meanwhile telling us when we can have our money. Well I'm done with that

Great bank, and really super nice people work there, but I only gave 4 stars because of the lousy hours ... needs to be open an hour earlier, or an hour later... or for a while on Saturday so people who work during the daytime, and/or run a business can actually make it there!!!

The place is open on Saturdays but it's often busy and I've had issues waiting for a Yourride with my mom. Plus one of the staff was completely rude to me about two years ago. It's great that it's downtown and that's pretty much the only reason I go to this chase

Extremely rude phone rep, I simply asked directions of how to get to the building and she responded "who is this" I said, I don't think it matters, she hung up. I have been a chase customer for over 6 years, I will never go back to this bank

Zero response to placing an ATM downtown that is accessible during closed hours. I've been a Chase customer since I was 12 but am moving my money due to poor customer service at this location.
