Not a Chase bank member, or will I ever be. Use the Chase ATM to withdraw money. The ATM took my money from my account, then never gave me the cash. It printed out a receipt that said " We aren't able to give cash right now" with number to call. Call the number the next morning during business hours, I was put on hold for an hour and a half. So I decided to drive to the branch. Talked to the manager Morrica Miller, who told me that I had to contact my bank enen though the money was in there ATM. I was not a member,so she refused to help. Not a bank or a branch I would or will ever use again

I agree with every single review that is posted here.I've been with Chase for 6 years. For the first time in years, I had to go inside for a notary and counter transactions.I am in at home hospice and can not stand long and use a walker.1st, I was never greeted, and ALL of the tellers were helping 1 woman only. I and 2 others stood in line for literally 30+ minutes before I said something. 2nd, the male manager was EXTREMELY rude and accused me of not speaking up first and sitting down. On my way out, he was very condescending by saying, "Well, I hope you got what you wanted, you have a super nice day.". What a jerk.Although I'm in my final year, I'm thinking of switching to a credit union or someplace more kind and attentive.

Wish I would’ve read the reviews before I came here. They are all bad in my experience. Every time coming here was terrible. The tellers are rude and races. They literally discriminate against you when you come in there especially if you don’t bank with them thankfully I’ve been with another bank for over 12 years a bank that I left Chase to go to and I will never come back to Chase especially dealing with these tellers and poor customer service at this branch. chase should look into closing. This branch are completely firing the staff and hiring new people this is terrible.

Every time i come to this Branch I experience issues with Shelley. Shelley needs to be fired. She’s rude she’s racist she’s condescending. She treats me bad because I don’t have an account there. It’s always an issue she talks over you she speaks down to you. She accuse me of throwing things and being rude to her when she was in fact being rude to me! When w asked her what the issue was then she said I slid my card to her and she didn’t like it. Shelley should be fired. I will not come to the branch again. I’ve had two occasions where I’ve dealt with Shelley and it was bad and I don’t want to come here ever again.

Wow every time I go to this branch I experience issues with Shelley. She needs to be fired. She's disrespectful. She is rude. She has an attitude problem. Every time I deal with her is an issue with some thing. She's literally rude and deny me service several times I don't have an account there come here to cash my work check and it's always an issue. I should not have to be treated badly because someone doesn't know how to act. I think Shelley should be fired.

RIDICULOUS BANK -HAD ALWAYS DONE WELL THERE UP TIL ABOUT 2 MOS. AGO -SAT IN BUSINESS ONLY LINE FOR 22 MINUTES WAS 3RD VEHICLE BACK AND THERE WERE 3 TOTAL IN THE ONE OPEN LANE -I LEFT --THEN I WENT ABOUT 6 DAYS LATER -IN BUSINESS LINE AGAIN AND 4 BACK THIS TIME IN 14 MINUTES NEVER MOVED ONCE -I LEFT - I FIGURED THEY WERE JUST HAVING A BAD MONTH SO THIS WEDNESDAY I GO BACK AGAIN TIME 1005 AM -TOTALLY RELIEVED TO SEE NO ONE IN ANY LINE I PULL UP TO BUSINESS WINDOW AND THERES A GUY STANDING THERE LOOKING AT A COMPUTER -NO COMMUNICATION WITH ME -THEN A YOUNGER FEMALE COMES AND SITS DOWN AT WINDOW LITERALLY 3 FEET FROM ME THRU THE GLASS -STARTS TALKING TO GUY IM STARING AT THEM SHOCKED- THIS STANDOFF LASTS ABOUT 5 MINUTES AND THEN A THIRD EMPLOYEE COMES UP AND STANDS NEXT TO THE GUY AND ALL 3 SAY NOTHING AT ALL -I STAYED FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES TOTAL AND AGAIN I LEFT - ALL THREE TIMES I WAS JUST MAKING DEPOSITS SO NOT MUCH EFFORT NEEDED -I GOT WAY LESS THAN THAT -ILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THAT BANK AGAIN -UTTER DISREGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS -

Ever since they have gotten all new employees I have had the worse customer service every single time I go there. Which I have to at least twice a week because that’s where my job banks. Slow slow slow service, employees are rude and question every single deposit or cash exchange for smaller bills at times being really rude about it If I could find out where the old staff went I would greatly drive to that branch instead of this one which is 5 minutes from me.

Just a horrible horrible service since they have new team. Truly miss the team they had. They need to rebuild this branch! Hate going there. Will not anymore, unless, I really have to.

I have been trying to get in touch with a person to answer a quick question and it's terrible how many options I had to listen to on the phone, how many numbers I tried calling, all to be hung up on by the Robo-machine! Very frustrating! Even trying to upload this comment was not working properly (maybe they are censoring the messages before allowing them to be posted).

Regret coming here always a wait, staff are nice, but since the ATMs seem to always be down or "technical errors" you end up having to come in. Ridiculous almost worth driving to the next closest one.

Went through the teller drive through. Shorted me $100. I triple counted and sent the money back. They agreed that they counted $100 short in the envelope after sending back, but said their count was right. They had a manager “watch” the teller recount her drawer and said it was correct. I had to leave $100 short. The manager never spoke to me, just said to leave my information, also never giving me anything to write it on. I went into the bank to speak face to face, the manager was on a call and would take 40 minutes. So I left and attempted to call back without success.Moral of this story, don’t go through their drive through as you cannot prove their negligence in properly counting money. Management couldn’t care less in their errors.Find another bank!!!

My elderly father, who has been completely deaf for the past 7 years was assisted graciously to make some adjustments to his accounts. We appreciate the genuine helpfulness we received!
