If I could give zero stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service. Two times we have had problems with the stupid ATM inside the bank where it withdraws funds but does not give any money. Basically told on both occasions, "that's crazy" and had to wait weeks to get money back that was never withdrawn. Branch Manager and Area Market Manger do nothing and do not respond to phone calls. GO BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Worst bank I’ve ever tried to deal with when you call any branch you get the same phone recording with no options to actually speak to someone plus they have several branches list as open on google but when you get there you find out there closed I wouldn’t have even giving them the one star rating I did but it was the only way I could leave a comment so actually I would give them a zero star rating

I just got my first paycheck and haven't sorted out my banking yet. I got a paper check and seen it was out of Chase Bank, so that was my plan. Since this was a partial check for $300 I didn't want to open an account this week.Not only was inside not open, I was charged $10 to cash a check out of my works bank!!!!!To top it off she gave me 3, $100 bills without asking what denomination I wanted.I am not getting my planned account here next week, OR EVER NOW!

Well deserving of their bad rating. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are not supportive of local businesses or business owners, even though I have used them for my personal banking for years. They misrepresent their business and are dishonest with their customers. STAY AWAY.

What I assume to be the bank manager just close the door in my face without explanation at 11:51 a.m. April 8th 2021. This branch leaves a lot to be desired, like being open. Headed to Grand Blanc to talk to their manager and actually get anything done today.

went in to talk with someone about fraudulent charges on my account, they set me up for an appointment for 30 minutes later, i agreed and waited. well, FORTY MINUTES later, the auditor guy comes out and tells me that the guy im supposed to be meeting with isnt going to be "back from lunch" for another 20 minutes and i should just call the hotline.IF I WANTED TO CALL THE HOTLINE, I WOULD HAVE CALLED THE HOTLINE ALREADY.they should be flipping patties, not operating within a financial institution.

The branch is so unprofessional. They shorted our company change (we needed $50 in ones and they gave us $40 wrapped in a 50 band. We called immediately to report he problem and they would investigate.... 10 days later they have done nothing. Worst bank branch I have ever seen!
