DAN the MAN!!!
I've banked with Chase over 30 years. I had a transaction that I thought was a regular ATM fee. I was unaware of a fee. Dan saw my account and was so kind to refund fee.
Thank you so much! Made my weekend to have something nice happen in this economical climate that is usually so unforgiving.

Corunna road branch. Worst bank branch of the worst banking system.Manager faked being on a call so he wouldn't have to help resolve my issue. The teller kept asking me to step aside instead of addressing my issue. The issue? Asked them to cash a cashier's check drawn on Chase bank. They claimed they couldn't cash one that large. Then, after I read them their policy which does allow it, they said they didn't have enough cash on hand!And then refused to call other branches to help me find one that did have the cash on hand.... unbelievable.This sort of experience is why I quit banks and only use a local Credit Union.

I lost my debit card and came in to order a new one. The lady then takes my phone and tries to set up Google pay for me to use the ATM instead. I NEEDED A NEW CARD the chase app was more helpful

had an appt at 4. was left sitting there for almost 30 minutes. The banker i had an appt with was helping someone else. He could have gotten one of the other two bankers sitting there to help me if he was busy. I had other commitments. couldnt sit at the bank all day. i left and went down to another chase branch to get my request taken care of.

Every time I've been there they've refused to provide service and I'm profiled as if I'm trying to break the law. Will never do business there again until they hire a staff without bias.

The staff was rude and unprepared, i asked to be helped with changing my pin and was told if i really needed to do it at that moment, they were even disrespectful with one another not what i would expect from chase.

Visited this branch today and was serviced by teller Cindy Gillette ! She was amazing she performed the transaction efficiently and accurately!!! Cindy was friendly and professional and a . GREAT asset to Chase and this branch! Other employees were great But Cindy was outstanding!!! Thank you Cindy!!!
