You would think after all the negative reviews they would do something to better their business. BOYCOTT folks this company is horrible! We used them for nearly 20 YEARS called a month before closing to set up disconnect was told I would be owed a credit because we pay a month ahead for this service. After following all their rules and driving an hour out of my way to drop off equipment I still got a bill because they said I didn't cancel soon enough. DON'T GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR $$

First off im going to start with this, every single review that has over 3 stars are fakes or work for one of the branches, as they hire they tell the new employees to leave good reviews, this is a conflict of interest and they should have charges brought against them. I'm not going to go on a rant ill just say I cant wait for starlink!!!! They are in beta and already pushing better stats then Comcast at half the cost of comcast!!!!! I cant wait to hear how all these cable companies go under and file bankruptcy!!!! Hopefully a couple or something hangs themselves or does a brain mural in one of the offices also.

Hate this company I put my service on vacation hold when we went to Florida last winter they billed me full rates they said I didn’t turn in my equipment in still fighting with them a year later canceled my service in may when I got back now they have put a hit on my credit report I want spectrum but it’s not in my area I have it in Florida and love it

A current customer just trying to get cable installed at mothers house but we need new cable lines run to the house so we can use the service. Called Miller road brick and mortar store and representative said call the 1-800 number then swiftly hung up. Been on the phone for days getting automated messages. How darn difficult is it when we've already paid and have the box. It is beyond frustrating.

No work to pay so they shut us off during the pandemic. Now no tv no news no governor. One star for leaving on my security and internet. Just wish I had a computer.

We are with them bc choices are very limited in our area but their customer service and business practices are unethical. They put you on a contract and than 5 years later without a reminder, they more than double your bill and although they can put you back to the same deal, you are stuck with that one month of an outrageous bill. Plus, you have fast internet when you first sign with them and than it is in and out from there on. We need more reliable options with an ethical approach.

So my neighbor got comcast installed at house house they came out over weekend and then came back on Monday. As i arrived home Monday comcast had their cable wire in my driveway blocking my entrance to driveway the technician was on the ladder so i let him do his job i go in and look outside a few hrs later comcast left old cables wires laying on my driveway. Very unprofessional and as a former customer i am so glad i don't have their cable service anymore.

Friendly staff. Wasnt super busy but there was a wait. Checking in was a little confusing. The girl asked my name and told me to look around the place without further information. Very noisy. There is a large tv that was on high volume so it made it difficult to hear when anyone called your name. Would be confusing, annoying, and upsetting to people with sensitivity to loud noise or very busy surroundings.
