I had a great experience at Complete Runner. Thomas did a wonderful job analyzing my feet and stride and made several recommendations for shoes that would be perfect for me. They have a great selection of shoes for all kinds of runners.

Great service from the moment I walked in the door. They fitted me for a shoe, gave me a 3d model of my foot and went over options on what would be most beneficial to hit my goals. Would definitely recommend going to Thomas G and I will be back for future purchases as well.

Very professionl staff and service was very quick. Staff was knowledgeable to do the walk test and selecting/recommending the shoe type. I have never seen anywhere in US any staff helping in wearing shoes and even doing laces for the customers.

Antonio helped fit me for some appropriately sized Cloudsurfers, even though the store was very busy and they had a small remodel going on. It was nice hearing his personal thoughts on why the shoes he was recommending would be good for me and I left with new socks and have shoes in the mail that I hope will get rid of the blisters I had been experiencing. Great experience overall!
