  It is completely uncalled for that I move into a new place and ask for power to be turned on and have gotten every excuse in the book as to why it hasn't been turned on.. I have been waiting since Wednesday and it still isn't on at all.. I have 3 children and one has a heart condition and my husband has asthma.... I have spoke to at least 8 different workers and got different bullshit lies every single time I spoke to someone..... I will be going to be getting to the bottom of this if I have to contact abc12 news this is completely uncalled for

  Absolute bullshit we have 7 children in our household with several air quality alerts 3 in which of the children have severe asthma and use nebulizers and they shut our service off because the email they sent us we never received. So we went to their office submitted the paperwork and still have to wait 3 days in this with my children and their medical issues. All of this is being documented. 👍🏼 Mpsc will be notified.

  By far the greediest company in Michigan! I thought Walmart was bad. They continue to ask to raise the cost of their services because there is no other energy company so they are and can be a monopoly. Why our government has not become more involved with their price gouging is beyond me. $450 for a one month bill in the Summer. Can’t wait for the end of our Governors term as she has done nothing about this but make it worse. Not to even touch base about how their system always fails. Constantly having power outages with no customer service, no answer as to why or when we will have power, no updates to their equipment..horrible company who should be shut down.

  Consumers Energy don't want to pay overtime for technicians to repair anything in the weekends. Don't blame it on heat wave, its only 90 degree its not Nevada. Stop buying cheap parts that essentially plastic components.

  Cannot seem keep power outages from happening, even on days without extreme conditions. I’m fortunate these frequent power outages haven’t happened while teach my online classes. Blow past their own deadlines they set to fix things.

  Nearly impossible to pay your bill at the Flint office. 1pm on a Friday and the doors are locked and drive through is closed for lunch. Plus they permanently closed the drop box on the side of the building. Hire some more workers to keep the business running during business hours. It needs to be more convenient for the customers.

  I requested paper bills in the mail in October of 2024. It’s my way of keeping track of what I paid and when. It is May 2025 and I have not received not one single bill in the mail. They have cut me off 4 times because I don’t know what’s due or when until they cut me off. I told customer service 3 separate times that I’d like a bill to come in the mail. I shouldn’t have to check online everyday to see when it’s due when I made a specific request. 4 times I spoke with a customer service rep. And they all told me the same thing. “Your bill should come in the mail next month.” And I have yet to receive a bill. And here I am again today with the power cut off. Just got off the phone with them and they said again. “Your bill will arrive for the month of June.” But now I have to sit in the dark until I get paid because I didn’t know I’d be getting cut off. I’ve lived in multiple states and this by far is the worst energy company in the country. 0/10

  I live in Flint and haven't had power for 4 days now because of a storm that took out a power line. I pay my bills on time every month and this is what i get? Now I see why people live off grid. Worst company ever to exist, cant even fix a power line in a timely matter.😡🤬😡

  Powers been out for 2 days and the traffic lights are out causing accidents while I've seen mutplie consumers energy trucks. We love talking more than actual doing are job??

  CORRUPT COMPANY CHARGING FRAUDULENT AMOUNTS ON CONSUMERS. LEARN TO READ YOUR METERS THEY WONT MATCH UP TO YOUR BILL. THEY ARE CHARGING PEOPLE FRAUDULENT AMOUNTS. WORKERS DAMAGE MY FENCE ALSO BEYOND REPAIR.
