First of all I'm very upset because I came there with a brand new phone and a brand new SIM card in there the guy named Tyree waited for me to go outside and worked my friend for $160 that should have never came up to that amount and then when I came in he was putting another sim card in there I am so upset I need to contact an owner or his manager and now my phone every time I turn around it has to be updated I don't know what he did but I'm very very furious

Worst customer service ever!!! Just went in to the Miller rd location to buy a new iPhone 16 after waiting 20 mins because of a sign on the door that says be back shortly then Tyre would not check to see what colors they had told me that there all locked up and barely would tell me the prices of the phones. Terrible attitude. Did not want to do anything to help me. I think it’s definitely time for me to take my business elsewhere

Disrespectful Service & Unprofessional Behavior
I recently visited this Cricket Wireless store with my mother, who was ready to purchase an iPhone 16 in cash. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of unprofessional. One of the employees NAMED “TYRE” , a gentleman who was loudly playing rap music throughout the store, was not only dismissive but outright rude.
When my mother expressed interest in buying the phone, he made inappropriate remarks, suggesting it was a “waste of his time” and implying that we couldn’t afford it—despite the fact that we had the money in hand. His attitude was completely unacceptable for someone in customer service.
No customer should ever be treated this way, and it reflects poorly on Cricket Wireless as a company. I expect corporate to take accountability for how their employees treat paying customers. This individual should be retrained—or better yet, replaced by someone who actually values customer service.
I will be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same unless serious changes are made.

I was hacked everything was gone. There was a guy right at the front door,greeted me, and fixed my phone like it was New. I can't explain just how relieved I felt.I don't remember his name, but he deserves praise for helping an old lady out. When I thought the worst about mankind stealing all my info from my phone. I do everything on that thing. Banking, friends, but he cleaned up everything. Thank you so much. My son says we need more people like you in Ga.

Store hours Mon-Fri open until 8 pm. Went there at 6:32 and its closed. They lost a sale. I was fully prepared to buy phone, case, temp glass. So since no one was there to get the commission off these I ordered what I wanted from online. Very disappointing.

The little girl working was on the phone in the back and made me wait til she finish her conversation, after hanging up she continued to text whoever. She didn’t resolve my issue with my phone not receiving FaceTime calls or video messages. Then she had the audacity to tell me to call customer which she should’ve done herself. Y’all definitely lost a customer cause I don’t play like that! 1/19/24

One of the worst experiences I have ever had starting with customer service i have been ran in loops with no resolve in sight in store staff will not help with anything once you have paid them and will tell u that u have to call there call center and after being on the phone with them for 3 days strait and endless hours of being on the phone and being hung up on every time we feel as if we are getting close to finally being done we have to go back to square one i would 100% recommend any other service then cricket. I called them and got the most rude girl on the phone so i asked for the manager and she said her name was Brooke and that she is the manager, if she was the manager, she shouldn't spoken to people like how she did on the phone with me. OH did i mention she hung up on me twice? 100% do not recommend this to anyone!!
