The little girl working was on the phone in the back and made me wait til she finish her conversation, after hanging up she continued to text whoever. She didn’t resolve my issue with my phone not receiving FaceTime calls or video messages. Then she had the audacity to tell me to call customer which she should’ve done herself. Y’all definitely lost a customer cause I don’t play like that! 1/19/24

One of the worst experiences I have ever had starting with customer service i have been ran in loops with no resolve in sight in store staff will not help with anything once you have paid them and will tell u that u have to call there call center and after being on the phone with them for 3 days strait and endless hours of being on the phone and being hung up on every time we feel as if we are getting close to finally being done we have to go back to square one i would 100% recommend any other service then cricket. I called them and got the most rude girl on the phone so i asked for the manager and she said her name was Brooke and that she is the manager, if she was the manager, she shouldn't spoken to people like how she did on the phone with me. OH did i mention she hung up on me twice? 100% do not recommend this to anyone!!

Was in the store a couple days ago the heavy set black guy working, don’t know his name that’s the only way I can describe him was super rude I asked him to help me close my account he wouldn’t do anything and gave me a number that was wrong! You can definitely tell he hates working there and talking to the customer and hates life very rude person

Should not even give this one star. I came to this store this afternoon and a sign on the door said . Bathroom break be back in 15 minutes.I waited 20 and left.Then I see a review from 2 months ago that complain of the same issue.I guess Cricket does not care about customer service seeing as they have not addressed this issue.

I went here and waited over an hour why two twins tried to hook up one guy's line. Miller Rd. is so bad I don't go to them for a free phone

They were very kind and courteous and help me every step of the way thank God for cricket at least the one on Miller road can't speak for the other ones haven't been to them yet but this one is a Treasure Trove I feel that all the employees there deserve a badge of honor for their excellent customer service ??

Came here during store hours. Noticed a couple people waiting outside with a sign on the door that said “bathroom break 15 minutes” waited over 30 minutes and no one ever showed up. Not sure what was going on but suspicious the employees locked the door and probably didn’t wanna work and sit around all day. If someone was sick and couldn’t return, a manager should have come in. Very poor service. Very hard to buy a phone as well.

At first this store seemed like it was all together, they talked a big talk, but unfortunately as we later found out that's all it was, nothing but talk! Even the store Manager didn't know what she was doing at times. I witnessed the store manager and other's refunding products, they so claimed "couldn't be refunded", "It's Cricket's Policy", as if I didn't notice what bulls**t they were trying to pull. I switched my whole family to this carrier thinking it would be a fresh start, yet from the very beginning we were sold a bill of goods that's a load of cr*p! Insurance Policies that are billed more than what was sold to us for, then phones that were sold under false pretenses, claiming that the phone would work with my hearing aids when in fact they don't, now forcing me to purchase another phone, without any reimbursment. Buyer Beware! This Store's Staff are extremely unprofessional, needing much more education in the products they are selling and etiquette on how NOT to rip off the customer that feeds you!
