My experience started with a gentleman on the phone fir customer assistance. He was patient and very kind as well as efficient at asking questions to see what size facility would be best suited for my needs.
As we were talking I was in Route to the Lapeer/Center Rd facility where I met Tyler. He was so welcoming and approachable. He was patient and kind which was key to my securing this facility.
I found the facility well lit, clean and it had several access points as well. I think I will be comfortable storing my deceased daughters belongings. Thank you so much. Although they were unaware of why I needed a facility they were attentive and thorough on ensuring my needs were met. 😘

I tried multiple times during business hours to rent a unit never any employees in the office. Note on the door stated "will be back at 1:30" waited until 2:26 and still no one showed up. Spent my money elsewhere

Amazing customer service! Just a couple of hours after reserving my unit, a representative called to welcome me to the family and inform me that if I get there after the office closes, my welcome back and kit are inside my unit!
