Helpful, kind and efficient tech/repair person. This was my first claim and they had the part needed to get the work done in an hour. Much appreciated in this hectic holiday season! Well, anytime really. I recommend this repair site. I more so recommend knowing the process of your insurance policy and have their website and phone # in your contacts.

The only surprise was they said.to allow 1 and 1/2 hrs. I was surprised it would take that long. Fortunately, I had that much time to wait.

This place is awesome. Found my phone screen cracked while at work and filed a claim. Not only did whoever did the work help with the claim and scheduling, the work done to my phone is amazing. I'll absolutely be using this place again with or without device insurance. Thanks you, SO MUCH for your quality and expediency. You guys rock!!!

They were very nice and professional with a clean store. The only issue I had is that they didn't reconnect my front facing camera. ..... I didn't even think to test it because I assumed they would have done that . Now I'm back home (about an hour away) and they are saying I have to go back and have them fix it again. (We can't afford to drive back and forth to Flint like that) Mistakes happen, I get that, but there needs to be a different way to deal with this. And they really need to check things before handing them back to the customer.
