Monday I purchased 4 tire sensors; the installation was a disaster as the right passenger wheel was literally destroyed by a service tech beating it repeatedly with a hammer. He further damaged one of the wheel bearings. I had to take my Buick Enclave to the dealership for repairs. I’ve photographed the wheel damage; I even communicated with the Service Rep about the hammering and was told this was standard procedure. The Dealership says that is not true. I’m unhappy and will have to try and get reimbursed by Discount Tire.

I've been going across the street to Belle Tire for years, but I've switched to this place for good. Not only were many of the prices better here, but the service was great. I needed a pair of tires after a nail punctured a sidewall, and Discount Tire was easy to work with. There was no upselling other than someone asking me about wipers, but when I declined, that was that, and they were happy to get to work. I've already had better experiences here than with Belle Tire.

Michael at the check in counter was amazing. Actually they both were I didn’t get to catch the other gentleman’s name but he was working the other counter today. I was having the worst day, a nail in my tire made it worse, and then to hear I needed all 4 tires even bank breaking worse day. They had to get the tires I waited all day because it’s just me, people came in so rude about the wait time and were pushed to the front and still I just sat quiet and they were so professional even when the nasty lady was yelling at them. Needless to say they made my entire day a whole lot better. I can’t say enough how thankful I am for them today.

Very informative and knowledgeable about tires and wheels, as well as polite and honest about what's going on with your vehicle. Good prices and service; even the customers were sharing high appraisal when I told them it was my first time there, and I completely agree with them!
I will be using Discount Tire from now on for wheels and tires!

These guys are very helpful! Customer service is excellent. When I got there, I was actually greeted in the parking lot and helped immediately. Service is fast, even when it is busy. And they really are reasonably priced.

I had a slow leak in my tire and they fixed it at no charge. They were very busy but so fast and efficient and friendly to everyone coming in although I know they all had to be miserable going inside and outside in the below zero weather. Discount Tire never disappoints specifically the Pierson Rd location. 5 star rating for sure. Thank you

I had a great experience buying the four tires of my first car, but for my second car I got a quotation over the phone for four new pirelli tires, and after I made the order and waited for five days (for the tires to be shipped from Madison Wisconsin), The service guy at the shop said there was a misunderstanding by the lady who gave me the quotation, and he asked for an additional $100 above the quoted price for the four tires, unless I accept to get a lower brand. This was totally unprofessional and I had to cancel the deal. Even if I have to pay more, I will not go back to people who change their quoted price and don’t respect their word.
