I frequent the Dollar General on Coldwater Rd. Within the past year there has been a significant difference with the service and cleanliness! In all honesty, I actually enjoy shopping in there now. The staff greets you when you come in. The floors are clean (to be concrete floors) and it even smells clean now. There is no stale stench in the air. The shelves are stocked and I can actually make my way down the aisle without having to walk around products or trip over boxes (I can't say that for the surrounding Dollar Generals) Not only that, I've also overheard other customers saying the same thing! It's nice to know that they take pride in our local store now.

Staff is friendly. However, they have a lot of merchandise racks in the ailes, which makes walking between them difficult in places.

The new management is very rude and she lies. Back story my husband went in there to get coffee and it wouldn't ring up so the cashier had the manager come and she proceeded to tell my husband the coffee was on recall which in fact it wasn't it was a penny and she didn't sell it to him also cut the package up and dumped it in trash all while saying that she destroys everything because of the local homeless diving into the dumpster. This store has gone down hill since this new management team is here DOLLAR GENERAL DO better

So it’s Wednesday and it’s only 5:47 pm and it’s literally closed..the door is rolled down and everything,it’s supposed to open till 9 pm.. so I just don’t understand why the site online says open right now and there closed..

When I was in there at 7 p.m. Sat.there was absolutely no one else there! A few more people came in while I was there but that was very nice! Only bad thing was they've always got boxes stacked on dollies crowding the aisles
