So I literally bought 5 items. All 5 items literally could fit in one bag. The cashier did not let me know that he put my last items in a seperate bag and thus, they got left. Like c'mon dude🙄🙄🙄🙄

Every time I come up here there’s either one or two employees talking outside smoking cigarettes right in front of the main doors, having kids and having to bring them inside of the store and then walk-through a puff of cigarette smoke is so disgusting especially when you yourself do not smoke cigarettes. I’m not sure if maybe we can advise them to go to the side of the building instead of standing at the front door.
Also, since they’re outside smoking, we end up standing at the counter, ringing a damn bell until somebody comes back. The store is always a mess. Things are still in boxes that should be on shelves, so I’m not sure if the employees are more concerned about getting their nicotine fix than actually getting paid for a job they’re not doing.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Dollar General for years, but after my recent experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. During my last visit, the cashier failed to apply my $5 off $25 coupon, and when I returned the next day to speak with the assistant manager, I was told there was nothing they could do because it wasn’t Saturday. How was I supposed to come back the same day when I had shopped right before closing? Instead of acknowledging their employee’s mistake, they offered no solution or accountability.
Beyond this frustrating experience, the store itself has gone downhill. The parking lot is in terrible condition, and customer service has deteriorated just as badly. It’s disappointing to see a store I’ve frequented for years decline like this. I’ll be shopping at the other location from now on, even though this one is much closer to home.

I live in this neighborhood and for over a month now many areas of this store are empty of product. Especially the candy aisle. The owners should hire someone to stock the shelves. Also the parking lot is in shambles fill the holes before someone gets hurt. I have had to start going to another DG that is stocked.

Trash purple haired Saturday day manager belittling the tall guy for trying to explain something to her. Mumbling and running her mouth as she walked away from him into front office area. Disrespectful way to act to a grown man let alone her subordinate.

it is filthy inside, no one really works there and the worst part is that it is brought a lot of traffic through the neighborhood with people stealing packages off of porches and anything else they can steal as they go back to their places they walk.I caught this guy stealing packages todayhis girlfriend lives at 306 Vernon Avenue-just south of Robert T (girlfriends mom made him give them back she has good people)

I've been here two days in a row. The staff seems to be great! Today, I walked in here to grab me some cough drops. I guess this Michigan weather has not been nice to me. Most of their cough and cold items are behind a little cabinet. When you open the cabinet, a chime goes off until it is closed. I bought a few more items, checked out and walked back to my brother's home. It is in a nice location, easily accessible by the neighborhoods surrounding it and anyone riding down the street. It has most of the items that you would want from a grocery store, so you won't have to go to a full grocery store.

Check your food here. Yes management is great and they have most then other dollar generals but beware this store has always had a problem with old food. ! I just got crackers from there yesterday November 24 and the crackers were dated back to march. Also check your cold items from fridge those tend to get left behind as well.
