They rarely have wide shoes. I was able to find sandals that accommodated my feet. Luckily, they weren't too expensive.

Very helpful staff. Clean. Prices were about what you would expect in this economy. Not super expensive but not super cheap either.

A pair I'd ordered online fell thru the night before a big charity event I was scheduled to attend. Quick call to DSW and I was back in buisness. I flew down there and had them in plenty of time for my charity event. So DSW for the WIN again!

I love shopping here but always miss their cutoff on email/texts coupons by 1 day. I'm so frustrated with that. I actually just got home from spending $240.00 on 3 pairs of shoes & just got a te t from the sketches store by me they are having buy 1 get 1 1/2 off. Of my 3 pairs were sketches so I'm heading there tomorrow morning. I'm done with DSW!

3 girl employees standing in the middle of store and no one said anything. Terrible customer service. The Saginaw store is soooo much better.

I didn't buy anything here because they didn't have any sizes at all that can fit me, but the location was clean, and the staff tired their best. Over all if you don't have giant feet like me, then this location seems nice to get a good pair of shoes with lots of variety to choose from.

I came in here yesterday looking for "On cloudnova" shoes. (Hint: they dont have them in store and they're very hard to find with Genesee Valley being closed.) So anyway, I approached two staff members who were both hard at work yet pleasantly chatting with one another. They both immediately smiled at me and greeted me and when the one staff member started answering my questions that they didn't have the shoe in store she began helping me as to how i could order them, looking things up for me online. Excellent customer service. 5/5.
Also, they did seem to have a large selection of very fairly priced name brands!
