Not a positive experience, bought a suit and pants needed to be delivered from warehouse, instead I got a Detroit lions shirt, called the number for support and explained that I needed the pants soon for upcoming event. Was told nothing could be done on the weekend but pants would ship overnight on Monday and be to me by Tuesday. Tuesday night so checked on shipment which says waiting for carrier pick up since Sunday. No timing left to get pants fitted so will have to go buy something else. Won’t be shopping here again.

There are great options for big and tall men. If they don't have the items you're looking for in the store, they will order it in-store. Shipping was supposed to be 7 days, it arrived at my home in 4 days.

Staff always helpful and friendly. Probably my favorite place to shop. At 6'8" 350 lbs, clothes are always hard to find. Not here! I can walk out with several outfits either casual or dress. It's not cheap. Very expensive, but used to that. Wish they had more size 17 shoes in stock.

What kind of big and tall location doesn't carry shoes past 4E width? Also why is my sales associate 5 foot 1 and obviously has no idea what it's like to be "big and tall" so is zero help. This location made me never want to do business with DXL at all not even online. Stay away from this location if you want to be treated well.

I didn’t like it. There was only one person that was willing to help and I had to keep finding him in order for him to help me and my other guy I guess like I didn’t have any money. I told him he told me to wait but you never came over to help
