I regret I dealt with this vet and staff. I regret I trusted them to care for my animals. I regret I spent my money at their practice. Greedy, uncaring, and even ridiculed me when the vet refused to see my cat in her time of need. I value quality veterinary care for my animals. Eascor values the dollar and making a profit bottom line. Lesson learned for me.

If I could go back and undo moving to this veterinarian I absolutely would. We moved her here because she doesn’t do well in the car ride to the farther vet And this one is walking distance from our houseLast year MSU diagnosed our dog with probable Ivdd. we brought her in to eascor bc she was showing a minor limp and some stiffness that we assumed was part of that previous diagnosis, she’d had a similar recurrence a few mos prior that resolved in a few days. The vet kept talking over me so I have no idea if he even paid attn when I said she’d been diagnosed with ivdd at Msu. He was very focused on her harness and food. He ordered an X-ray panel for a dog with ivdd exhibiting classic ivdd pain, even tho X-rays aren’t used in diagnosing or Caring for ivdd -mri is.He then advised that we switch her to a neck collar, get her nails and glands done even tho she was in clear pain. He also never physically examined her, just looked at her from across the room and then looked at her X-rays.Had he done a physical exam, he would have caught what both emergency room vets caught within moments- the pain was in her neck. Which would have then also meant that we would not have done nails - as it would have been obvious they wouldn’t be able to restrain her without making the neck pain worse. At this point I believe that they exacerbated or maybe even caused the extreme pain with her neck vertebrae.I could hear the level of pain she was in skyrocket based on her vocalizations alone while the techs had her in back for nails and glands. I’m certain she was attempting to escape based on pain as she now also has four bloody toenails. Why no one recommended trying later when we’d addressed her pain I cannot fathom. When she came back to me in the room she was exhibiting a new weird behavior- trying to lay down on her side but couldn’t. It’s difficult to describe it was like she was trying to rub on the floor but couldn’t do it. Very odd behavior for her at the vets office especially. When we got her home it took three hours for us to calm her down enough to rest, even after giving her the nsaid, pain med and sedative Msu had given us the year prior. The dog I took in is not the same dog I took home. We’ve been at the emergency vet twice in the week since her visit and she’s needed a controlled substance prescription to keep her comfortable enough to sleep or lay down. We’re praying at this point that she won’t need surgery. Also of note- this visit was more than double the cost of the emergency visit to Msu. It feels as tho a bunch of useless (X-rays) stuff was ordered and then service charges for glands and nails on a day that was not appropriate to have those done were just an attempt to collect as much money as possible. The focus of the vet here feels like $$ and not patient care. While the staff/techs have always been great and I know they are just doing what they were directed to, we decided to go back to our other vet farther away bc I cannot in Good conscience take her back to eascor. While I’m sure dr Singh must not be a bad man, I do believe he is a bad vet.

I recommend this vet . They got my sick puppy in within days compared to other area vets and was very reasonable in pricing. The whole staff is so friendly and more then helpful when answering any of my questions.

Well, I moved up north and got a new Vet. They told me more about my 2 puppies than Eascor. I wouldn't recommend this Vet to anyone. They won't give you prices when you ask. My Vet's now, are very open and honest about their prices. The older Vet is not personable. His son, however, was much easier to talk to. I'd still never go back. Way too expensive.

I would say it’s a sham. They just want your money. There’s so many places that cares for the pet more than overcharging you. I made an appointment the same day not even an hour later I canceled it because I read some reviews and was not satisfied and got charged $25 cause it wasn’t in the 24-48 hour cancellation mind you I made the appointment 30 mins ago ….

When I took my cats here, they were treated well. When it came time for them to be euthanized, at separate years, they were great! Very professional. The only thing I'd recommend if your cat or dog needs to be euthanized, is to have it done intravenously. It's the quickest way. One of my cats had it done in the abdomen, it it was so agonizing because it was a slow process.
