I am a regular customer and I come to this store often. The store can't seem to keep anything stocked? Today I was badly harassed by a store employee who accused me of stealing. I couldn't find what I was looking for so I left the store and he followed me out of the store to the rear parking lot and demanded to look inside my bag! He didn't find anything, I wonder why?

Worse Family Dollar I've ever been to. My baby needed diapers and hubby got wipes by mistake. The manager wouldn't even come into the store to do the exchange. He stayed outside talking and said come back tomorrow. Also, the cashier was rude. I'm never coming back.

Customer service was awful!! Cashier was video chatting while taking slow care of customers. She never greeted or even looked at me or any customers before me. Very rude. Others workers talking loud and using profanity.

In the morning make sure you have change. No customer wants to hear your complaints about breaking the 30% of a bill. You drawer should be ready for sales and change. Stop playing music with curse words. It's ignorant and unappealing. The name of the store is FAMILY DOLLAR. Not STREET CORNER AMBITIONS. Arrive to work, ready to work! Nobody wants to hear your complaints and receive your attitude. Make sure all clerks and stockers are aware of discounted items. Pay attention to what and where your sticking the goods. "I don't know" is not acceptable". ALL CLERKS AND STOCKERS NEED TO BE AWARE OF STICKERS PLACED. Stay off the the phone while working. We don't care about your issues and you need to stop acting like the customer is disturbing your call. Find a new job if you can't hack the afformentioned!

Went in the cooler to grab milk and see this molded baking soda in the cooler, I told the guy that was standing there (a worker) and he said he wasn’t touching that. I swear I went back two days later it’s still there. This will get this place shut down because at this point nobody cares about anyones health. I will be going back to see if it’s there for a third time and if so I’m calling the health department

Chocolate milk price says 2.25 in front of it get up front to pay comes up 3.85 tell the asm running lane he just laughs like accurate pricing don't matter rip people off.
