Don’t use FedEx! They won’t deliver for three days then ask you to pick up your DELIVERY!

Cannot talk to a live person. I have called six times and cannot get a live person on the phone

I had to make 3 different pick ups for my 3 packages even though when I scheduled the first one I told them I had 3 packages and they still didn't take all 3. After I scheduled the second one I gave them 2 tracking numbers just in case that was the issue and informed them I had 2 packages which I was told they would take both and still had to make a 3rd pickup appointment due to them not picking up the third package.
