I had a lot I had to do before sending my package. The lady who was helping me was very patient and courteous. I greatly appreciated how helpful and kind she was. Definitely a great experience.

The automated call system is a huge waste of time for customers. I just wanted to ask an associate at the store if I could print a shipping label there from a flash drive. The auto-agent absolutely would not let me speak to staff at the store. When it asked me to explain my issue, I did, slow and articulate, but of course it came back with, “I didn’t understand that”. Went through several push button options and finally got to the connect with agent, only to be told I couldn’t speak with an agent as none were available, call back later or stop in… So what is the point of the store having a phone number if I can’t communicate with staff? Anyway, 10 minutes of that for absolutely no reason. Do better, you’re supposed to be a business.

FedEx customer service over the phone is useless and miserable, I had to visit this shipping center in person not knowing if they had my package or not - since online tracking could not verify the status of my shipment. The front counter staff here, Kyle, helped me locate it and it really made my day in an otherwise horrendous shipping situation. Waiting in limbo for a very important box was awful. For the situation to be solved so quickly in person made me question my sanity considering the poor quality of phone calls and online tracking up until that point.

Went to pick package up, but they released it to a delivery service. Drove 32 miles to get it after waiting all day the day before. It came 3.5 hours later. 😟

I wish I could give it no stars. The driver just simply refused to deliver my package. Even after them calling and verifying my address. I was told no one was home. I'm here all day everyday, I called customer service. They was no help they kept saying I can pick it up. And that my address was wrong. The only thing that was wrong is that. They had dr instead rd, even when I goggled my address. Dr never came up, they continued to say that. After them calling and verifying it. I told them I didn't have a car. So I had to find someone to take me up there. I asked what was the problem. I live 10 minutes away. She stated the driver knows where I live. And she was going to let a supervisor know what happened. I also asked for a supervisorto call me. I gave her my info and no one has called. It has been over a week now, it's not fair to me.
