I wish I could give it no stars. The driver just simply refused to deliver my package. Even after them calling and verifying my address. I was told no one was home. I'm here all day everyday, I called customer service. They was no help they kept saying I can pick it up. And that my address was wrong. The only thing that was wrong is that. They had dr instead rd, even when I goggled my address. Dr never came up, they continued to say that. After them calling and verifying it. I told them I didn't have a car. So I had to find someone to take me up there. I asked what was the problem. I live 10 minutes away. She stated the driver knows where I live. And she was going to let a supervisor know what happened. I also asked for a supervisorto call me. I gave her my info and no one has called. It has been over a week now, it's not fair to me.

I was rushing after an appointment to get my att modem. I made it right at closing time. The lady was friendly and didn't turn me away. Appreciate the kindness towards customers.

Worst place ever!! The delivery guy couldn't find his head even though it's attached to his body. Didn't even look for our house...we all know they leave a door tag!!! No door tag left...we just moved so I haven't had time to change address on my licence...so they wouldn't let me pick up my package even though my face and name matched the package!!! WOW....JUST WOW!!!

Prices very high for a tall glass vase that weighed 8 lbs ($200 +)So Haley was very helpful in finding me a box that was taller that I cut down and informed me of discounts online if I pack myself. Bought big bubble wrap, cut down box and used online price. Thank you friendly and helpful Haley. For that I will ship with you again.

Was standing in my yard in a bright orange construction shirt as I watched the FedEx truck drive by. Five minutes later the shipping was updated to customer not home/ couldn’t deliver. They also damage most packages that get dropped off. UPS/Amazon/ USPS have no issues and do a much better job.

If only I could give it zero. Help wanted sign in the door. Six people working inside. 40 minutes to copy a resume, and have 4 things printed out. I had to leave without buying stuff because only ONE register was open. 6 people:1 register. Obviously they don't want much business.

Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Waited in the front of the building for a worker to come up, only for her to tell me that they don't ship returns there and I'd have to drive to a different location. No apology for my wait, no hello when she finally came up front. Just basically what do you want and then told me to go somewhere else. I wish I would have picked a different location in the first place, but the website said they do returns here. Never again:/. Was in store around 9:15 on 5/16/23

Got home early from work for signature required delivery that I NEEDED that day. Marked as “customer not home” will try again next day. Can’t get it next day. They never showed up to my home. Unbelievable, customer service over the phone was horrible. Went up to the store, lady was nice enough but didn’t do anything to help.

Package containing a very dangerous item that required an Adult Signature was left on porch. Tracking showed I had signed for the delivery, despite I was over 1200 miles away from home. I wouldn't put a lot of trust behind the FedEx Drivers from this location.
