The kind lady at the front desk was so kind and held good conversation. She was in a good mood and was pleasant. Was here today on Dec - 9th around 530. I didn't catch her name.

Upon entry, the staff was kind but they talk too much. I'm not against staff having conversations but when it interferes with your service, it just needs to be reeled in a bit. I waited at the counter with another customer for a few minutes before anyone came to help.
I asked for a small oversized matte lamination and waited in-store. I guess my consultant handed my picture off to a manager that didn't know what lamination I wanted and did a glossy lamination instead. They gave me a discounted price but I would've preferred if they'd listen the first time or did a proper handoff of the project. The lamination was done in a timely manner which was nice.

8/29 Dropped poster off to be laminated. Staff just wanted name and phone number. 8/30 phone call saying there was no file and said it would be finished today. Went in because I had other business on that side of town. Told that since no file/order was written up on 8/29 there would be a same day service fee. Not mentioned in phone call. I could pick it up next day 8/31 and avoid fees. Not happy. Gal gave a little off fee but still had to pay one. Cheaper than having to drive back in. Staff was courteous and satisfied with laminate

My husband (Robert) came to pick up his business sign. The sign dimensions length x width was wrong we sent a picture and information to fedex email to make sure they would not make this mistake. (Hot commodity) The manager (Camille) was rude egotistical unprofessional told him she not going to remake the sign for inconvenience ( mind you willing to negotiate) with a zesty neck attitude. It was imperative that my husband have this sign immediately due to his Trucking Business. He is losing business due to this unprofessional manner. The store (USA0474) manager needs to go under review. We also read agree to other customers comments and reviews employee Zee gave us a beautiful experience we agree very well conducted thank you.

If the assistant manager Stephanie doesn’t like to field phone calls she should find a different field opposed to customer service. Never have I ever received such poor customer service… rather than handling my issue she decided to hang up the telephone, and upon calling back didn’t answer the telephone.

I ordered several mounted collage posters for my parent’s Celebration of Life via online (in Austin) to be printed by The FedEx and print team at the Linden Road (MI)
location. They turned out better than I could have expected and the gal who helped me check out was wonderful!

I called ahead to see if I could print stuff there.
Arrived to use print and go.
Followed instructions and I was not
Receiving a code.
Asked customer service for help. They told me to connect to wifi. I told them the email has been sent 3 times now and I have not received the code.
2 workers proceed to tell me to connect to their wifi.
No code still. They wouldnt come and look at the printer to see if there was a problem. No help

Can no longer print PDF files, their computers have them blocked. Which they don't tell you so you waste money as their computers charge by the minute. I have spent hundreds of dollars there in the past printing needed documents. They lost my business for good. I guess I will have to go to Staples from now on. This place has really gone down hill since the years when it was Kinkos.

"FedEx on Linden Road is a reliable option for shipping and package needs. The staff is generally helpful and the service is efficient. The location is convenient and well-maintained. My only minor issue is that during busy times, there can be a bit of a wait. Overall, it's a solid choice for your shipping and mailing needs."
