Great ? people inside ? ?. Very kind and very happy ?. They were actually singing the song ? I'm happy ? when we walked in the door. They were very helpful with what we needed a to get done. They got us in and out very quickly. Such kind people. We need more happy people like this in the world ?. Keep up the happy ? gals ?.

The worst customer experience ever! I put in my order on Wednesday (9/13). The order was supposed to be ready on Friday (9/15). On Thursday (9/14), they called about not having the foam posters and needed to call around. I was okay with that. My husband decided to call after I didn’t receive a call for a few hours. They said that my order would be ready Thursday at 7:00pm but they will call before. At 6:30pm on Thursday we decided to call to see if it’s ready since they still didn’t call. They said that they ordered the wrong poster board size and needed to order new ones. At that point we cancelled our order because why wouldn’t they call us and tell us that it wouldn’t be ready. On top of this, these posters are for my wedding that is on Saturday (9/16) and this all happened on 9/13. Such a disgrace. I’m appalled that these workers even have a job. This was truly a terrible experience. Hopefully I can find somewhere to print in time for my wedding.

I sent a drill to be repaired and fed extra lost my package . No claim can be filed and I’m not getting my drill back . This location stole my drill . Do not send valuable items here

I visit this location multiple times a month for small business needs. Considering it’s a very busy location - the staff is always super helpful and friendly.Today Skye went above and beyond to save the day! I incorrectly sized my print which were gift cards donated from our small business to a golf tournament benefitting our local Kidney foundation. I needed to drop them off within the hour and she adjusted the size, printed and cut in less than 10 Minutes. I’m so thankful and impressed. She may not realize it but she helped us keep on track to raise money to benefit an important cause.

20 minutes and $3.41 to have 3 pages printed as help decided to print pages instead of directing me to the copy/printer for a pdf emailed to them(to avoid a $2.50 charge for them printing it). The woman that assisted me was friendly and helpful, but this location will be my last choice for sending items and printing documents from now on. BTW, it's $2 to have UPS print the same label

Fast , friendly service . I went to 3 other Fed Ex and Kinkos locations before coming to this one to have my 1000+ page RXPrep book despined and separated into 4 smaller books to make it easier to carry around . They were able to do it right and fast . The other Fedex locations I went to said they didn’t have a machine big enough to cut through the book

Staff was given instructions to do my father's program for his funeral. Instead the staff decided to do what she wanted to do because she stated that she did not have enough staff on the floor & it was a rushed job. The job only took about 20-30 mins to complete, she had 4hrs to complete the job. I already had it typed and the layout already set up. All she had to do is follow the simple instructions I told her to do. I feel like is was a personal issue the reason why she felt like she had the right to do whatever she wanted to do. If my complaint don't be taken serious, in the future your staff is going to think she can get away with it again by doing someone else like this. I'm not saying she should be fired, but held accountable for her actions, because it can lead to her getting fired the next time. I promise you I will never ever go there for anything.

This used to be such a friendly store to use, the lady that manages it does a great job trying to keep everyone happy. There’s a sulky brat of an assistant manager who will not say please or thank you, completely unsuited to working with the general public. I suspect this individual is prejudiced and it really shows depending on who he’s dealing with. I won’t be going back.

The Linden Road store says on Google that it is open 12-6 Sunday. There is a sign on the door that says “This location is closed on Sunday.” NOT Appreciated.

Horrible customer service. Brought back return that is contracted with fed ex, made me purchase another box for 7.94 that was tiny, other fed ex stores have not made me do this. I guess they would rather waste money and earth or ship in back in the box that came with several items that was way too big.

Left me on hold and went home o guess they were helping me then put me on hold and never came back couldn't get the lady to understand we shipped a package out paid shipping and they delivered it right back to us the next day and she kept saying you want to ship a package I know people are struggling to get help but fedex.will hire anyone I guess ....

This place is horrible I waited in line for 10 mins while the employees look at you and hide or try to do other things. The service is horrible I will only ship with ups.

Just stood in this place for 25 min while I watched 2 employees do everything except help the 3 customers waiting in line, this place is terrible, this is exactly why I switched my accounts to ups only, I’m done with FedEx the people working there care more about talking to each other than helping you so don’t be in a hurry when you go in there
