Terrible terrible staff. I wanted to look at Nike Air Jordon 1 and the sales person turned his back on us and offered absolutely no assistance. We were just left standing there. I’ve never experienced such a level of disrespect in all my life. Will never step foot in a JD store again.

If you can get a staff member off the phone that'd be cool. Five people working all with there phones in hands leaning on stuff. I wonder why retail is dead you can't get help.

The reps there were nice and 1 lady even suggested a different hat than the one I chose because I was unsure about my choice. Small favors like that don't take much and are the reasons why I would choose this place over others. Also, online pickup was extremely easy and they got me in and out. No hassle. I'll be returning if the shoe choices stay up to par!

Hopefully, your card won't freeze in the card reader and experience what my daughter did.It happens but the way those young kids who are supposed to be managers handled it says they shouldn't be managers.We have been up there twice, called once, and talk to customer service to no avail. December 1st "the manager" after dealing with him made a comment to his employee and she started laughing loud enough where we could hear it and he joined in. I almost turned around. I went to her bank and filed a dispute.Needless to say, we won't be back.

Went to JD Sports today 04/01/23 to get some shoes for me and my wife waited in line for over an hour we was 3rd in line and we get to the counter here is where it start getting strange we asked for the shoes the guy said no problem and went to the back to get them then he came back empty handed he was looking crazy lol and acting strange and so I asked someone else and the exact same thing happened I was like what's going on she said she can't sell them right now to talk to the store manager so we asked the manager whats going on she didn't even respond very rude she need to be replaced ASAP we seen people behind us the workers was handing them the shoes before they even got to the counter long story long they was basically handing they friends and family the shoes lol that's crazy so JD Sports In Flint is not first come first served its who you know Horrible strange experience
