It has been the worst experience! When I called and enrolled the lady said I was good to go I will have insurance by June 1st so I tried to get my prescriptions and they said I didn't have insurance. So I called Genesee health plan and they said they lady never activated my insurance smh. So they finally got it right after 3 weeks and now been waiting on my cards to come for the last 2 weeks smh. This is crazy!

I visited the Genesee Health Plan today on Linden Rd, and everyone I encountered was extremely helpful, Dee, was very professional, prompt and made me feel at ease. This is one of My best experiences dealing with the health care sector... other companies should take notice and learn from the GHP and how they treat their clients. I am over the moon at having to not worry about insurance thanks to the GHP!! ??

I am very grateful for Genesee Health Plan. They really helped me out when I needed it the most. They were so easy to work with and got me enrolled very fast. Dawn especially was very responsive and helpful.

Medical insurance...they paid 100% for dentures and partials.Many (too many) primary care doctor aren't doctors, they are Nurse practitioners or PA's. Pay attention while searching the list, PA's and NP's are not doctors, can only refer you all over town.... Extremely limited in what they can do. Be aware of clinics! You might get to see your primary care provider or they may change it for you by never letting you see him/her.
