May I say that to have a position of higher pay doesn't make you the boss! There are (2) two men on that floor that needs to be re-interviewed. They are mean father and son, disrespectful not only to one person but everyone they cross. These 2 persons have caused many employees just to quit because Management will stand by as they harass people. For this reason I will only highlight the ONE star, that's only because I had to highlight something. Do your due diligence and listen to your employees not unless that father and son oh and management can run the plant alone!

Nice chill work atmosphere throughout the day. Nice people etc. But they could definitely pay their employees a little more for what they do. They always take the cheap route instead of a more noble one.
