Sorry to see this place decline. JCP seems to be the best it has to offer. Sad...

The place has lots of stores open. Just not a great food court or overall focus.

Savor the flavor, soon, you will need to drive to a different county to shop at Macy's, that's sad. But look what they've let happen in the parking lot for so long. Shame on themselves. ????

Went to this mall last night to do some christmas shopping and I felt very unsafe. As I was walking in the police were kicking a drunk man out for causing problems inside the mall. There were several homeless people laying on benches and sketchy people following me and my friends. Makes me so sad! This mall was my whole childhood and to see it so rundown makes me sick :(

We ate at the food court upstairs at the Genesee valley center. We just loved the orange chicken, along with the huge portions and great prices. We will be back.

Had never been there. The parking lot is always so empty and looks a bit unkept, so I've always been a little apprehensive about going. I had to make an online return, and the closet store to return it to was here. It's clean and pretty and has good options for shopping. It was sad to see so many stores had closed. But there were still great anchor stores and shops. I'll be back for sure. Hopefully, it will stay open and maybe get a parking lot renovation, so it's a more inviting place to go shop and for more vendors to come back to. It really is a decent mall!

This place is a shell of itself. 1st time I ever went to thus mall is hacj on 1994. Oh boy, Flintstones will tell me you ain't saying nothing. You should have seen it in the '90s. Well, as it stands now, they need to just shutter thus place. It's not a mall at all. DO NOT EVER EAT AT THE FOOD COURT IN THIS PLACE!!!!!Do the owners ever plan to fix/repair/maintain/overhaul the parking lots? Is there any security in this place that can be called security? Poor Flint. Lord of mercy.......

I hate this mall it is always dead and it’s depressing as hell. Macys is my favorite store of all time and this is the most pathetic Macy’s I’ve ever been in. Save your time and go to 12 oaks, Great Lakes crossing, lakeside…. Anything but this depressing place

This mall used to be so great, it's sad to see that they have a lot of empty stores. My daughters still had a good time. I wish the food court had more to offer though, there was only about 4 different choices.

Likely this mall will turn into another dying shopping center like Courtland Center. Very limited stores and no control over the young population loitering, swearing and fighting throughout the mall. Not great customer service at the stores either. I recommend you drive the extra distance to Great Lakes Crossing.
