ETA-the current manager at Gerber contacted me a day or so after I left a review. He asked me to bring my car to the shop so he could take a look. I did that afternoon and he took pics, tried to say it was normal wear and tear and said he’d send the pics to his boss and let me know if they would do anything. I’ve heard NOTHING! Shocker.
Had my car repaired there less than 2 years ago and during the repair I received a call that the new paint guy did it wrong and they had to redo the paint so it was going to take a few extra days. Fine, the paint is AWFUL!!! I have so many chips and the paint is PEELING in spots! Definitely NOT normal wear and tear. Also, the alignment of my bumper is horrible! I will try to add pics later. I went to Gerber on the recommendation of my insurance company and I will be letting them know what horrible work they do!

Would have loved to use their services.
I was involved in a collision this morning, and called Gerber to book an appointment. I told the woman on the phone that I have GEICO insurance.
Upon arrival at my appointment, she informed me that this location does not take GEICO insurance, despite her saying on the phone that they do. She was kind both times, but my time was wasted regardless.
Please make sure to triple check your insurance is taken before going to this location. The Corunna Road location does take GEICO.

I had a terrible experience with this company. The people working here are extremely rude and unfriendly. Let me emphasize: extremely rude. They don’t even try to understand what your problem is. The customer service is awful, and I honestly feel scared to even step foot in there again. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Went in for collision estimate.... quick service.
BUT......took vehicle in..... said 4 days.....been over a week now..... still haven't heard from them today yet ?

I'm sure they do great work but I did not have a great experience. Had my front bumper replaced there after a minor fender bender on my 2021 truck. The clear coat started to peel less than 2 years after they repaired it. Took it back and they said it was due to rock strikes (uh bullshhiii) and wouldn't do anything about it, including following up with me after they said they would. I see cars way older than mine with more rock strikes and the clear coat is holding up just fine. I have rock strikes in other areas of the truck's front end and the clear coat isn't peeling like this. Really disappointing but I learned my lesson and won't be back. Proceed with caution.

Terrible contact service I had to call them to get my estimate and it took over a month and a half to get it with four different calls from me . Like I’m trying to sell them some work never had to work so hard to give someone my money lol go to McDonald’s in millington they will do u right with a estimate on the spot

The first snow last November a driver not paying attention went spinning down Dixie Hwy & slammed into the passenger side of my Encore. Gerber did an awesome job on the repair, the front office staff were professional, friendly & kept me updated, I didn't have to call them once. On pick up the GM did a walk around the vehicle with me & explained what was done, he was very helpful. Nobody wants to have to go to the body shop, Gerber made it easier to deal with.

I was having some issues while at work with my brakes, being close by Gerber Collision, I walked over to see if they could help me out. Within minutes Adam Jacobs and the team up front were quickly trying to help solve the problem! In a short time, brake fluid was there and Adam even walked it over for me at work! I will definitely be going back for any future car neads!! Thanks for making my priority your priority!
