The outlet store is getting greedy because it's tax time and over charging for stuff that belongs in a landfill. They wanted to charge me $40 for some beat up speakers that you could get at a yard sale for $5. The whole point of the outlet store is to get rid of stuff the other Goodwill store's couldn't sell. Or it goes to the landfill if it doesn't sell. And everything that they sell is donated so it cost them nothing so if they took $5 for speakers that were free that's all profit but they are running the store with greedy managers, and should close it if they are gonna charge more than the regular Goodwill.

Starting to over charge... sometimes it’s cheaper to buy it at a department store or even the regular goodwill where you could return it if it doesn’t work. Like hello 1st off it is free to the goodwill 2nd of all it’s going to the trash after the goodwill outlet

I’ve seen so many postings on Instagram where people have scored great things from “the bins” from all over the United States. I made the hour trip Flint to become severely disappointed. It’s mostly trash. If you feel the need to visit, take gloves to rummage through the items. Trust me on this. I will never return.

Absolutely horrible customer service. You could at least try to feign sincerity people!

Super nice and organized! Great prices! I bought a brand new dress for my daughter from Target originally, for $.50 ! Same with pj's new with tags for $1.99. Children's books are $.25 no matter what the book is. Great deals!
