Dang goodwill, I ain’t everything donated to you? Why are your prices so high, I can find the stuff brand new for a couple $$$’s more. You should lower your prices, for a non profit organization, you should be ashamed. I won’t even donate to you anymore. Your prices are to high!!!

It’s a for-profit thrift shop where you can go find things people could not sell at their yard sales, but didn’t want in their attic or garages anymore just like every Goodwill throughout the United States

Huge store prices were kinda crazy, but I have noticed all goodwill stores are charging higher prices. I actually have purchased things for cheaper than when they have them marked. But overall still a good place to pick up some used things for cheaper

Lack of selection.

The people were friendly.

The employees here are nasty and rude. This is literally a goodwill. Not a high end fashion store. Act your wage and humble yourself. Whoever worked the register today 9/24 was disgusting and deserves to be fired. Horrible attitude about my disability that she could clearly see. Told my son that it seemed like I was fine enough and it doesn’t matter. I hope you all have the day you deserve and your store gets shut down.

I bought a side table to be picked up the next morning and upon waiting 25 minutes in a back alley for them to find it, they had sold it to someone else. I had already paid for it. After speaking with Carissa in corporate, she apologized and offered a gift card to cover my travel and for loss of the item. She said she would have GC delivered for me to pick up on Thursday. I drive the 1/2 only to find out that she did not follow through. Since, I’ve tried to reach her several times with no response back. Takeaway, completely unprofessional and unethical. Selling items again when they’ve already been purchased is theft. Offering compensation then not following through shows zero integrity. If your an avid thrifter buyer beware. Also, they are price gouging. Not worth going to anymore.

Compared to up North prices you are getting all of your items free do you understand free and yet you over price each and every item what happened to the goodwill
